Items the wrong size, delivery bag split in 2! And items missing. Delivered in good time but not much more than that.

I have still not received my package from Yodel who don't seem to know where it is, terrible customer service from them.

Clothes looked like they had bn thrown in the bag and we're not folded. T shirts are all creased. Never have I had an order like this from other click and collect retailers like Next, New Look etc. I was very disappointed as I spent a lot of money on these clothes.

Was initially a little disappointed that I had to pay a delivery charge on a £243 order. I ordered 5 items on the 25th May 2016 and m still waiting for them (now 2nd June 2016). Royal Mail would have delivered quicker. Having queried the whereabouts of the parcel with Yodel they can't seem to tell me where the package is. I've had conflicting messages from the courier ranging from him being holiday, couldn't get access to the property and when escalated said they couldn't find the property. Still waiting to hear back from Yodel (queried two days ago) as to where the package is. Obviously having paid a £5 delivery charge I'm not convinced it's a world class service. Unfortunately this is the first time I've shopped with USC and based on this experience it will be the last.

Trainers were too tight and the jacket was very tight as well with long arms, didn't like the clothing seemed outdated. Returning them

Items were unfortunately too small with nothing larger available. Then I discovered that not only was shipping a little more than other shops, I also had to pay for tracked return postage. Probably won't use again.

I had to return item I payed £5 for it to be delivered and it cost me £5 to return the item Not happy

I used to spend lots of money on republic clothing however the last 2 times I have bought from usc I've not been very happy the first times my items were dirty marked and the sizes were a little off this time the item was not sewn correctly at the back. Just a little bit annoying as the price of the items I would expect more !

Great clothes but delivery is expensive and you can only return products by post - having to pay postage again

I bought some Vans from one of your stores. I got home realised they were not suitable for my new job so took them back the next day. tags still on and not worn. Store said no refund only credit note or exchange. I know shops don't always refund (most do though to keep customers happy) but surely its down to managers discretion but it was a firm no. There was nothing else in store so I had to spend £47 on line on things I didn't want. I do not shop at USC its to young for me. I only bought the Vans from there to save me going further into Cambridge town centre, I wish now I had gone further into town as the Vans store DO give 30 day money back not a credit note. And money is quite tight for us at the moment. I will never shop at USC again and I will not recommend you if people ask.

Items sent in dirty bags , a few items are dirty (stains) . Staff at sports direct are very slow to obtain my order (15mins to get my order) First experience of your mail order service and don't think will use again . I must return the goods and pay for this .

I wafted ordering a jacket in the sale, I sent the product back (paid postage) and clearly asked for a larger size. I was informed that the larger size was no longer available and was however promptly given a refund. Unfortunately I went back on the site and the larger size was indeed available but for a non sale price. This was poor customer service and deliberately misleading the customer.

Not very quick with orders and don't agree on having to pay to return an item when could just as easily drop back to where I pick them up all I want is to exchange for a bigger size

I Ordered 30 something items most were OK but where on the website they stated 9 to 10. Thy actually were sized 8to 10. Which now I have 3 tops that don't fit my son. I could return them but I would not get the size I wanted because u never stocked it anyhow!!! Really the sizes should be what they are.

Hi I ordered 7 to 8 item pay for the delivery 2 items missing are supposed to go holiday they send me the form to fill out first they said they will try to get the item soon as possible to me then decide can take up to 10 to 14 working days absolutely ridiculous ... Never shop online again ..

Compared to ASOS, not as good. You pay less for delivery with ASOS and they allow to return any unwanted items for free. I was sent the wrong size plimsolls with my order too. Instore isnt really good either. If you return an item you only get a gift card instead of a refund on your purchase.
