“Very disappointed with the returns policy, especially when you return and want a size reorder, this can be an expensive process paying to return and then paying postage on reorder. i Feel that this is a commercial disadvantage to USC verses other online stores.”

“I think your return policy is not good as you cant return the product instore.the shoes sent were wrong shoe style in the box the shoes didnt match.one shoe was different to the other.”

“the items were good that i ordered but the delivery time was bad I got emails saying it was in the delivery van and would be delivered on a certain day then it changed twice I put this down to yodal who usc use for del when I asked the driver why my item was due for del on fri then it changed to sat then monday blank respounse I am hoping that the packing that was open inside a sealed bag was not tampered with as each item I bought had the plastic wrapping split to get to the lable's which made me think have these lable's be changed for any reason and one of the jumper's I had ordred was just thrown in a plastic bag I have bought from usc in the past with no problem's at all and I have been very pleased with the item's I have purchased but im unsure about this order something dosn't seem right.”

“Even spending over £100 I still had to pay for delivery, shocking!! The items delivered were small compared to items bought from other retailers labeled at the same size ,so had to pay again for returning the items!!! Again shocking!!!!”

“Other retailers offer next day collection free of charge. Not three days, charge you for it but give you voucher to spend in store to offset cost. It's still an extra cost others don't apply”

“The packaging arrived damaged, it was ripped and the shirt wasn't well presented. Also the shoes have dirt marks on them which can't be removed. Had to return the items :( Also charges for returns are unreasonable at the customers expense.”

“I paid £27 pounds for my trainers but when I recieved them there was a sticker saying £18 pounds on them. I sent an email to query this but havent recieved anything back. Delivery was very quick but im upset about the price situation.”

“Clothing looked like they were previous returns, the grey sweat top had a mark on the front like spilt food and was in a ripped open bag as were some of the others. Disappointed that I paid £4.99 to have that delivered. Now being bombarded by emails unlikely to use again.”

“Villainous package! My clothes arrived inside the naylon bags in a mess condition. Also a DKNY shirt came without dags. The quality of this shirt is poor. I keep that only because i need to pay 25 euros for shipping cost and i payed already for that once.”
