The online process was fine but I was surprised to get charged for a delivery to store which is not usually the case. I have also had to pay to return it as you couldn't return to store so even though it was in the sale the cost has risen quite a bit so doesn't feel I have got value for money all of a sudden. I have requested a replacement of a bigger size so I am yet to see how this process works. A little disappointed!!

I tried repeatedly to apply the 20% student discount that was advertised on the web site . I was unble to do so . I then call customer service and explains the situation, to then be told i had to send them proof that they were doing the 20% discount . When really the customer service department should know what offers are running all they had to do was check there web site . Very disappointed

After so many orders with USC the company has still not got it right. I have received many parcels without an invoice receipt that's when an item will be faulty as this has happened once again on my last order which was 12.05.16 overall I would of marked very good for delivery but when you're stuck with a garment that has a stain on it one can't be happy.

When I make the order online I see the price. When I receive the order the price includes VAT. That is not okay! I should see the full when I make the order online. Secondly student discount should include Denmark.

I was very disappointed, I ordered some converse and they look completely different in the picture than what they do. When I brought them back I realised I could only exchange and couldn't get my money back. If I wanted to send them back I had to pay, after paying £5 for delivery. I think this should be stated on your website to avoid disappointment in the future. Was served by a lovely lady though!

Pair of shoes arrived in a damaged box shoes looked as they were worn or it was display model. Shurely in preparing packaging they knew what they were doing

I ordered t shirts in 5 different coloured. They arrived and 3 t-shirts where the same colour. So I'm very unhappy I want to speak to customer service

The delivery was quick but the return options you give are very disappointing. I wanted to return 2 of my items when I read that I have to print out my own return labels and I have to pay for the return. As I don't have a printer and I don't have enough time in the day to do all that , I'm now stuck with 2 items that don't fit me and I can't return.

Picked up the shoes I ordered to find that there was damage to the leather on one of the shoes. More disappointing is that it cost to return the item. There are so many online sites that offer free returns. Hopefully l my postage will be reimbursed due to my item being faulty

When my order arrived, the box was tatty and ripped and the security tag was left on the product.

Have sent an email to customer services, awaiting reply. Having ordered from USC was promised a £5 off voucher but when I picked up my order the voucher was for Sports Direct where the package was sent to. As I don't shop in sports direct the voucher was useless to me especially as I picked it up at 5:15pm Friday evening and the voucher was to be used on that day in-store only. I am disappointed as I was charged £4.99 postage and packaging for click and collect and the voucher was supposed to compensate.

I got repeats of an order I ordered 2 different sizes and got the same sizes and so its gonna cost me to send them back / not happy ????

The size ordered online was different to the size that was tried on in the store. The store would not exchange for the same price as the stock bought on line is apparently old stock!! We had to pay an additional £20 for the same size and product.

Actually buying it online was fine, but when I walked into the shop I had to wait at least 5 minutes to actually be noticed by someone while I was standing at the check out. Two shop workers at the front of the store were aware I and another customer were waiting but did nothing. Until a lovely girl came and asked if we were being served. She then radioed her colleagues to ask who was on the til. Two guys at the front shouted some name then just carried on chatting to their other colleague. Appalling customer service. I also did not like my name being radioed throughout the store for everyone to hear so they could find my parcel! All in all, negative experience. Also resent having to pay £4.99 to pick up something in store that you didn't have in stock the first time I was there. Other shops don't ask you to pay this! Will never use USC again

Ordered a t shirt and paid £30. Turned up with an in store sale price tag of £20 through the collar which left a hole in the shirt. Had endless emails ever since, can't get rid of a company I wish I'd never dealt with in the first place.

I purchased two T Shirts that I will be returning, the quality is not the fault of USC but the way they were packed is. They were rolled up like they had been grabbed from a washing basket and shoved into some long plastic bags that look like that had been found behind some racking in a warehouse.
