“Parcel arrived quickly although had to pay for delivery (most retailers offer free delivery over a certain amount). I ordered double sizes for my husband as we were unsure whether he would be medium or large. When it came to returning the items there are no free return (again offered by most retailers). The return cost quoted by Royal Mail was £13.75. This is a total delivery/returns cost of around £18.75!!! Will not be ordering from USC again.”

“When placed an order it went through twice and was charged twice. Email about it but never got response until it was shipped had to refuse second delivery and have now to wait for a refund.”

“Some staff were rude and ignorant. I was blatantly ignored whilst waiting for assistance at the store door before it fully opened, I had to wave and signal for a staff member to come over to me. Once I was finally approached after waiting 10 mins, the two male staff members attitude was poor when talking to me. It was almost like a guessing game, I was not told anything I needed to know such as how much delivery would be, where it would be delivered, and the correct opening times for the store. Not being aware made me feel very alone and had me making pointless trips into the store, a waste of time and money, it is important that costumes are full aware of the system, ensure it! However, the young lady who helped me was lovely, friendly and seemed to actually care in the service they provided, every staff member should be more then her, thanks to her I finally have to shoes I ordered. I wouldn't order from here again.”

“I am really upset because i order some tops and jean on there website and even tho most of my item were fine i notice what seemed to be a stain on the front o uune of the jeans.. As afew of the other tops were to small, i sent them back costing me extra £11 in posting, explaining to USC I wanted to exchange all the items.. my items came today and im really happy with the tops but it seems like USC have just sent me the same pair of jeans i sent back!! Now im going to have to pay posting again just to get my money back because i wont trust them to exchange again, its a shame because i really enjoy shopping at USC and since they closed my local store in birmingham bullring i thought i would give they online store ago, never again ill be doing my online shopping elsewhere in future!”

“Ordered a pair of shoes for my son. Had to pay £4.99 postage to have it delivered to Sports Direct (received a £5 voucher for Sports Direct on collection which I will not use), despite there being a USC Shop in the same shopping centre. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit and it cost me £3 to return them. Will never buy anything on line from USC.”

“First time ive used them online, ordered as expected to, had the email confirmation but that was it, no email saying my order was ready for collection, if they did send it then i never received it, checked in the account and it said i hadn't placed any orders, very strange!! Will think twice about ordering online again with them.”

“Good service, good prices. The returns process is unfair. A) cannot get a cash refund if returned to store, even if i orderd to the store. B) you should not be charging a delivery charge if i am ordering my goods to be picked up from store. Instead of a free £5 voucher i would rather have free delivery as a £5 voucher is useless to me as the product ranges instore at usc and sports direct are really not that good. All the good stuff is online. I do not know of any other company that charges a delivery charge for store pick up. As the store cannot give cash refunds i should not have to pay for postage when returning items. Kind regards”

“One pair of Trainers arrived with very tight knot in the laces impossible to undo... The other size was too small despite checking In store and being advised by a rather unmotivated member of staff, now I have to go out of my way to return and I Paid for click and collect not too happy about that either!”

“Ordered 3 pairs of size 4 trainers and got two pairs in size 4 and one pair in a size 9! I am hoping thay they will refund the product as well as paying for my postage charge.”

“My next delivery was fine but the item I had ordered was too big. I went into my local store to do a straight exchange but was told because of the price difference (my item was £15 less online) that I would have to pay the extra. After speaking with the manager she finally agreed to price match but this is not stated clearly anywhere that the price differences matter!!”

“Oaid £6.99 for next day delivery, ordered jacket in large .... which was too big, and ordered 4 polo shirts in large .....which was too small. Seems sizing is all wrong on clothing. Sent it all back order for refund. And i had to pay £12.98 postage (which was the cheapest) to return the stuff! I am not a happy customer!”

“My coat fine next day delivery fine . but the fact I walked in to a usç store which did not have the stock said I can't pay and order it to be delivered to that store I have to order online and have it delivered to sports direct 4 stores away is crazy and at that I would have to wait 7 days. So my only option was to have it next day delivery to my works address .so no you did not do well at all”

“Ordered two pairs of lacoste pumps, a pair for me and a pair for my son. The ones for my son didnt fit, so i wanted2 change them for the next size but was told by usc shop i would be charged delivery again-which i thought was appauling. I than rang up customer services who said the shop can send the shoes back free and order of there computer the next size up to come in store for free. I told customer services the shop denied it so i was stuck in limbo, she said she was going2 ring the shop and put me on hold which than cut me of and i never recieved a call back or anything. !!”
