“Its was a terrible experience. Bought a pair of shoes and did not fit me . Got them collected from the store and still had to pay for the delivery in return got a £5 voucher to spend on to which was a waste and returned the shoes and asked to get credit note for total sum so I could order another size up and use the credit note to pay the purchase but did not realise I was paying another 5 pounds in delivery charge . And my bad luck the second time shoes were 8 pounds cheaper so thought I could get the remaining cash straight into my bank or some sort of arrangements be made but that was not the case i had to spend that money in store or let it go waste. I was absolutely mortified and end up second shoe not fitting me so had to return them and this case I can not just drop in the store i had to pay my postage back by royal mail cost me about 7 quid . So overall nearly 20 quid wasted for nothing. The worst shopping experience of my life..never ever ever ever ever gonna use USC or Sports Direct again????????????????????????”

“Although delivery was quick the converse bag which was ordered was of good quality the size of the bag was more like a purse! Very deciving picture had to give it to my 9 year old to play with it was so small considering the size of the parcel £4:99 for delivery was far too expensive”

“Charging £5 for delivery I can accept but because I had ordered a few things which unfortunately I didn't like I then had to pay £13 to return them. All in all I kept a £4 belt which turned out to cost me £17! I certainly will not be buying again from USC site.”

“Returns are at the customers cost and Free returns to store are not offered with online purchases. Not to mention it even costs to click and collect, so there is zero chance at avoiding a delivery cost either. If I had seen returns were not free before ordering I would not have ordered. This is almost standard at most good quality online shops. Take a lead from Schuh, they are best in class. USC shows zero after care in the way they deal with returns. “I ordered on line. Paid for delivery. It had pen on the front of jacket. Took it to shop to return to be told I had to pay for a return and had to be posted backnow and paid for by me! The goods were faulty!”

“Order and delivery was smooth, no problem. I know my size in G-star and Calvin Klein (XL). The shirt was fine. But the swim shorts was NOT. They where at least a XXL size. So one product was fine and in line. The Calvin Klein shorts where cheap but paying gbp 13,5 for nothing including delivery cost is a complete waste.So I dont really feel like using USC again. I simply fear products are fake and odd size. BR Henrik”

“If the survey is regarding the actual process of purchasing, it was pretty bleak due to no order notification even when requesting one from the Customer Service department. However, as this was merely a technical issue it can certainly be forgiven, it just made the experience rather worrisome. The Customer Service provided was good though when calling your team, top marks.”

“Let down by the delivery company they use, the driver didn't even wait 10 seconds for me to get to the door before chucking my parcel over my back fence (even though the gate was open) considering the cost of delivery I expect professional service and due care to be taken of my package.”

“We requested a size 1 (slightly bigger than needed so they last) and the box stated size 1 as did paperwork but the trainers are a 1.5. So are far too big. We are keeping as to return and pay postage would not benefit getting them in sale so will keep for when he is older but purchase another pair for a different store for now.”

“Great value for money, but what I was annoyed about was the fact that I ordered a size 4 they sent me a 4 1/2 and I ordered a size C11 they sent me a 11 1/2 couldn't be fussed with sending them back so put them away for when there feet grow. Doesn't help me now!!!! Will have to pay out for another lot”

“Delivery costs are to expensive and on top of that it costs you for returns which is not cheap. I was going to return an item of clothing but decided not to bother as it was not worth it for what money I would get back as the item did not cost that much.”

“Postage cost are high (£4.99 for 3-5 day delivery) plus customer has to pay the cost of returns – seems a really out of date approach and one that word stop me using USC again.”
