Have ordered from this company previously and had a really good service. However slightly disappointed this time. 1. Shirt was out of stock 2. Pre-order items- whilst I agree that it states the order will not be despatched until the preorder items are in stock. I ordered with the expectation that they would arrive by April- this date got moved to May. In order to get my items in time for my trip I had to cancel the pre-order items. There was no offer from customer service to send them out separately due to my situation. Very poor and little incentive to shop with this company again

Products that came were obviously from a store and had been on a sale rail as they had sports direct price tags on and we're just lashed in the bag. Joke.

Items purchased came and were filthy I am not sure if it was mold or if they had just been dragged across a dirty warehouse floor and one item looked like it had make up stains on it. I contacted customer service who provided a Freepost address for returns but I am still very disappointed at the whole experience! Although I must admit on the past we have never had a problem with purchases they have always been properly wrapped in the past and clean!!

Sizing is a lot bigger than normal sizes twice I have ordered off here for my son and the shoe has been too big. Had to sell the shoes on a local selling page to get some shoes asap for my son

I do all my shopping online & usually pick up my package in store. I don't know why your policy is for a credit note only if you have to return an item in store that you buy online? It is very inconvenient for the customer and will prevent me from buying more items in a single purchase if the only way to get a refund is to pay for postage & return to your DC. On top of the fact that I was shipped items that were in the wrong size versus what I ordered!!! Very user unfriendly.

Click and collect being charged firstly, but you can't return to the shops and get a refund, you can get a credit note, that is totally unacceptable. To get a refund I have to pay postage again!...that has put me off buying further from USC!...

The last TWO orders I have placed this year (one in Feb and one last week) have both have damaged items in them - clearly no level of quality control is implemented when dispatching an order. The first order had a Lacoste polo shirt with a large biro pen mark right down the front and the second order delivered this week has a pair of trainers on which one of the them is discoloured/dirty looking and the other bright white (as they are both supposed to be). Doubtful I will be using USC again for an online order esp as returns are not free.

Happy with my purchases but think delivery charges are really poor. Paying £4.99 for standard delivery is excessive. I was going to choose click and collect but also £4.99 for that and I still have to go and get it myself! The whole point of click and collect is it should be free. Can't think of a single other hightstreet store that charges for click and collect

I ordered some shoes for my son online. Although I requested them in dark blue and they arrived in the box which stated the colour inside was dark blue the shoes were red. Upon contacting usc I was told to return them and ask for them in the correct colour. I ordered the shoes with next day delivery as they were needed for a special occasion therefore I could not return and get the correct shoes in time. This mistake was careless of usc as the order wasn't checked before shipped and the wrong shoes were in the wrong box.

Tracksuit is nice, it was particularly quick delivery and it's 4.99 for delivery, which isn't added right until the end, THEN you ca. See you've been charged for delivery. Not impressed, especially as it was delivered to the shop for click and collect, I would have chosen home delivery if id have known in the beginning I was going to be charged for it

I purchased a pair of firetrap jeans from the Doncaster store. I found a fault immediately and returned them to the same store to exchange. The items were not in stock so I asked if the store could order those for me. I was politely told that they could not however the gift receipt they were giving me would allow me to order them online and have them delivered to the store. The problem is that I then had to pay a £5 delivery charge which I do not consider to be exceptional customer service

Disappointing. One item received with a pull, had to exchange. Another item was exchanged for another size and has arrived with black marks over it. Wheres the quality control? When sending both the items back, only one was actioned and the other was forgotten so had to chase this up. Not impressed. A previous order was completely lost a well. Not sure I will be shopping again with USC.

I had ordered a few t shirts for my son and when they arrived the card tag said the correct size but the actual t-shirts are the wrong size. Sent them back and ordered again got the same issue where the tags are correct but the t shirts are wrong. I have sent these back again, it has now cost me £ 7 on posting items back which is not my mistake.

Delivery to store cost me money and it took so long to come.when it did come order was incorrect and I know that when I go to sort it out I can not have a refund as they only do store credit.they can take your money but not able to give it back?
