Delivery is overpriced since it takes so long to arrive

Hi, We haven't actually received the goods yet. I rang yesterday and was told it has been refused and is being sent back to yourselves and that I would received a full refund. I didn't request the refund, I was told this is what happens. This was a watch for my son for school they have been on half term holidays so they have been at home the whole time to take delivery, i'm a bit confused! :-/ We have had to purchase one from elsewhere now, so a full refund would be gratefully received. I normally don't have any issues when ordering with USC so wonder whether I had a new delivery driver??? Anyhow we will be back to order in the future and I would appreciate if you could email me when the refund has been made. Kind regards, Anna Kemp akemp_redding@yahoo.co.uk

I had item missing and when I contact them they was not intrested and took week to sort out never got back to my emails

The USC website is easy enough to use, as is completing the order however the delivery and communication is shocking. I paid £7.99 for express delivery, I was told at the time of ordering this would be delivered the next day. That was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting to recieve my order. The emails received after ordering for comfirmation are unclear and take a long time to recieve. There is also no contact number for USC. Everything is done by email, again taken several hours for a response only to be told something different to th website. If I thought ordering to store would be an easier option for future orders I would also need to pay £4.99 delivery and wait up to a week. So far not impressed at all and still waiting on my actual delivery.

I will not be ordering online again!! It cost me 4.99 for my order to be delivered and has just cost me 12.86 to return it and only kept 1 item as it was all poor quality! Why can't they use click and collect like other retailers! Furious!!! Oh and they have asked me to write a review on something I didn't even order!! Helpful!!

It was poor because on the website the picture of the shirt was black and white and there was no option for other colours but I recieved a blue and grey shirt instead therefor I thought the order was poor

I have always got my stuff from usc but frequently I'm finding myself useing different shops because of your policies ie none return of money instead shop voucher and not enough time to get things for instance I bought a pair of sandals and got my 5 pound voucher but the time you have to spend it in is ridiculous

Delivery to store should be free, not £5. Fair enough £5 for home delivery. More communication as well, for example: email when delivery has left warehouse as I heard nothing from the day I ordered until the day it arrived in store. The £5 voucher given to me instore expired the next day!! Totally not useful.

Quick delivery but had to pay for delivery and returns, no in store return so doesn't match up to other online sellers. Disappointed.

Ordered 2 items one was fine but the second a pair of white trainers were stained and had a security tag attached. I took them to my local store but they hadn't got the correct machine to remove it and told me to go to next and ask them to remove it. I got the customer services number and they were very helpful and I have sent them back for free just waiting for my new pair to arrive.

Selected to collect at sports direct with the incentive of recieving a £5 gift voucher and avoiding delivery charges. I ended up being charged for delivery and didnt receive a voucher for sports direct

Normally ok, this time the order is still to come after 8 days even if all was in stock. Emailed customer service and after 4 days no answer either.

Ordered a pair of jeans. They arrived with the security tags still on them so I had to visit a store anyway despite paying £5.00 for postage so that j was saved the Inconvenience.

Delivery to the store should be free , it puts you off potential purchases. Some items you want to purchase are around the the delivery fee , this is a disincentive to buy the item. Your stores don't have all the products shown on the website so customers don't get a chance to avoid delivery charges as the product is not in the store. Furthermore there isn't a wide range of stores , for example none in Birmingham city centre this is a great inconvenience and futher forces people to pay a £5 plus delivery charge.
