I'm still waiting for my order it's been over a week now and it's still not arrived in the store in Yeovil and I work in town as well been into the store most days has it arrived no. Should of come in last wed no then Fri no now they tell me going to be next week now.....really poor delivery.

When my latest purchase arrived it was covered in black marks at the bottom!

I think the delivery needs to be looked at, as it takes up to 5 days for items to be delivered. If sending delivery to a store, it should be free, and there should be more delivery options. A standard delivery for £4.99 is very expensive, compared to most high street stores and online stores.

I haven't got the answer from customer service. I have tried twice! I ordered a Black leather Wallet, Levi's. All I got Was an empty tin box. I'd like To get delivered a New one,please. I've paid for that!!

Most of them items were in good condition when they arrived but one had a button missing and a tear in it. I then had to pay for recorded delivery for the return to make sure it got back to you. I think it's a bit much to ask customers to fund the delivery for a return of a faulty item that shouldn't have been sent out to start with. I did ask for a refund on my form given the fact that the item was faulty but didn't receive one. I also couldn't find a phone number anywhere to call someone about it. I understand that you might want customers to pay for returns when they want a different size etc. but if the item is faulty I think returns should be free.

Ordered a cap to collect in store, opened the package to see they have sent the wrong one. Now having to send it back :(

I wasn't happy at all with my order everything came in the wrong sizes the size on the label and the size on the tag were different for every item and everything came with sports world sale tags on them also I now have to go and return everything at my own cost because of the mistake someone else made really annoyed and disappointed I won't be ordering again !!!!

Usc in store prices do not correspond with online prices. It does not state online exclusive at all. I went in store bought a jacket for £60 saw the same jacket for £39 on their website. Went back in store for a refund which they do not offer. The only place where it clearly states no refunds is on the receipt. The sign up on counter only mentions something about a exchange or credit note. It does not clearly state no refunds. When I disputed this with the sales person in store they replied rudely sayin that it implies no refunds and everyone seems to understand that. Not jus rude staff but different pricing do the same thing as well as no refund. Wake up usc this is 2016 which big store like yourselves doesn't offer a refund. Quick to take your money but refuse to give back when you are entitled to it. What nonsense ????

Nobody of shop floor to check stock availability of products in Parkgate store Meadowhall store - served people before me who had jumped queue. Assistant was aware of this but still served them first.

Was disappointed that an item didn't come in the package though it was on the delivery note. Just got a refund and when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as well. Told to email in. And I still haven't had a reply

I recently placed an order consisting of a pair of Soviet sunglasses. The sunglasses were a small present for a holiday. Unfortunately the sunglasses came without a pouch as pictured and were badly bent. I emailed USC customer services to let them know the condition of the glasses and that i was not happy with the quality. I did not have the chance to return them before the holiday and so a quick home DIY bending was needed. I merely wanted customer services to understand my upset with this and to prevent further customers receiving their products in this way. USC replied with a very generic response of 'I am sorry to hear this. Please return the item via the freepost address below to avoid any further costs.' I do not feel like a valued customer and wouldn't order from here again anytime soon. T

I received some items that im guessing were from the display as they had marks on them which i sent back for a refund ,However this is not my first time i shopped in usc ,so am not too annoyed as the quality is always good.

The delivery service was excellent but I had paid £6.99 for it so I expected it to be of good quality. The products I received were fine except for a Pretty Green jumper I had purchased. The jumper arrived badly damaged. It has two pulls across the front of it. One of them is fairly hard to miss. I was considering returning via the post but I would rather take it into a store such is the poor quality of the garment. I fail to see how this wasn't spotted at quality control before being sent out to a customer. Very disappointed with the service regarding this item and don't want to spend more money returning something that is faulty and not fit for purpose which is no fault of my own. The other products were excellent. It's a shame because if the jumper had been quality checked this reveiew would be so much different.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and 2 t shirts. One of the shorts were sent in the wrong size. I changed my mind on one of the t shirts Their returns info stated items to be returned at my cost! I contacted them and returned the items at my cost. To their credit they supplied me with a free post address for the return but I had already sent them back. I decided to just reorder the shorts and a different t shirt as the shorts were now cheaper than when I 1st ordered them so would cover the additional postage costs. When they arrived, the shorts were once again the wrong size. Couldn't believe they could make the same mistake twice. I have decided not to send the shorts back as it is too much trouble. Poor show. I also think they should offer free delivery and returns to store.
