The jeans I ordered looked completely different and were a different fit when they arrived. Emailed customer services about reimbursement about my delivery charge but still no response.... poor

It was disappointing too find that some items arrived with a price label substantially less that what I actually paid for them. Suffice too say these were returned!!

Felt like clothes had come straight off the rails of a shop, one had security tag still on. Won't be using again

I think it's terrible I can't return goods to store and not get money back only credit note, I can return via post but I have to pay returns terrible will not be back also didn't realise sports. Com was same company I would ve never bought if known this

Didn't like the fact I had to pay for £4.80 delivery to return goods. I also asked for a replacement T-shirt but didn't receive this. No communications

Still waiting for my rearranged delivery. The initial delivery I was in but didn't hear the door and no one called the contact number I provided.

When I went to check out I had vouchers and I added them to it. My total came to about £10 so just added my credit card details to pay and I was changed the total about £77. This was unfair as the vouchers amount wasn't minus from the payment.

Spent £115 pound and got store delivery and expected to get a £20 gift voucher and a separate £5 gift voucher. So far I have received nothing.

Bought a nice top from usc and went to put it on and the zip was faulty. I returned the item to the store and asked for an exchange in the same size. I was told that they didn't have my size but I could go on line and reorder. I asked if the store was able to order it in for me as the top was faulty and it would mean me paying the £4.99 postage. As the top was supplied faulty I would of thought that was a fair thing to do. However they were unable to do so as it's not company policy. No if I wanted to return something that I had broke then i would expect some sort of charge but I thought it was poor customer service for me to pay the postage costs when usc supplied me a faulty item

One of the t-shirts I bought still had the security tag on and I had to travel in to Worcester usc to get it removed. Other than that the service was very good.

The converses which i bought came in a box which can only be described as batterred. There was no lid the cardboard was not connected, so the converses were loose. Slight mark on the trainers which is ok i guess it can gappen the brogues were well packed though. I was just a bit disappointed at the packaging since my last order was perfect.

A staff member was very very rude to another man staff memver named Carlos he belittled him in front of customers and spoke down to him.. my mum and I both commented on this man's attitude as on two occasions my mum tried to get his attention and his response was wait a minute. That minute never came and we were served by the man named Carlos
