Upon receiving my trainers I noticed that there was a "glue" mark the size of a 5p on the side. They should have been quality checked before leaving the warehouse and sent out. The box that the trainers came in was ripped and dented. When I took the items back to the store in Warrington, I was advised that they could not issue a refund they could only swap or give a credit note... This is poor customer service because to send them back I would have had to pay postage. I feel that that the overall service I have received could have done with improving as a result I am reluctant to order offline again. Hope this feedback helps Ste

Offer was spend £100 get £20 voucher when order arrived there was no voucher. I contacted customer services who said this was due to using student discount however no where on site did I read one would cancel the other as if I had I would not have wasted less than £5 on student discount when I could have had a £20 voucher!!

The shirt came and it's nice. I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday..... The shirt turned up on the following Tuesday. Waste of nearly £7 I would say and someone got a very late birthday present.

I have had to return one of my products, because when I received it,one of the shoes was covered in glue and had black marks all over the sole. I was disappointed because surly your staff check a product before dispatching it so would have seen this.I needed these shoes for going away on holiday next week, but doesn't look like they will be here before then.

I think it's poor you are charged £5 for delivery to then get a voucher for in store. Which is my cash anyways?????? How about be normal and just allow free store collect..

Paid for express delivery which stated the item would be here by Friday. The item was only collected by the courier on the friday and once the item came it was just chucked into a bag for delivery. Wasnt folded or anything. Very poor. Suppose i expect nothing less from a business owned by Mr Ashley...

Your web site and ordering is all ok but please stop using Yodel. Of all the carrier services available they are probably the worst. In this case they delivered my order to a commercial address at 5.45 and then when I used the redeliver facility on the web site it was a good as useless. I paid for next day delivery when the shoes were ordered on Wednesday last week, as yet I still do not have the shoes or any indication as to when they will arrive. I would like a refund for the next day delivery please. Thank you

To have to pay for return postage of items that were not suitable worked out expensive, m and m have a returns label for £1.99 a much better experience

Well I ordered trainers on 28/11 i received them 9/12, delivery was slow. Yodel was a nightmare until the actual depot phoned me and organised the delivery, before that trying to contact Yodel was a complete farse. I know thats not USC fault but it is their preferred carrier so they should do something about it. I think it is ridiculous to charge for collecting at store, normally i would have collected at store but as the price was the same as shipping i thought it would be better getting delivered out. How wrong was i? Will i buy from USC online? i honestly dont know.

I ordered a pair of shoes but they came with no laces. I contacted them and am still waiting for a reply, over a week later.

Still awaiting my delivery, its been over 2 weeks, emailed and called to see what the problem is and still no contact from your selves. very disappointed, thinking of cancelling and getting my £72 back!

Baby trainers had metal wires with tag still attached and had to get pliers to cut! Courier left parcel on back window ledge with no card saying it was there and we just noticed it when at sink as spotted the label in the dark!! Could have been taken by anyone!

The boots I ordered for my husband were too small even though I ordered a size 10 and he is a size 10! The Jeans I ordererd are a terrible fit and even though I ordered his size are too big!
