I ordered Saturday and picked next day delivery!! So it would arrive Monday or Tuesday as promised!! Still have not received the items!! And have not been told when they will arrive...

Ordered a couple of things, one of the orders was incorrect colour, because I didn't have the time to exchange I had to send them back for a refund and reorder again fingers crossed correct colour is sent this time, and because reordering meant i didn't go over the £100.00 spent for free delivery this time meant i now had to pay delivery charges.

I still have not received my order and the delivery company have marked it delivered with a signature but there was nobody home at that time I have complained to my yodel who are looking into this matter

Ordered online. Parcel received in reasonable time (although not next day as stated). Boots (£90 in sale) were dusty when they arrived, in a battered box without a lid, wrapped in what appeared to be cling film! Boots were encased in one piece of paper... Would not order online from USC again, but reluctant to return item as it is a christmas gift (which cannot be presented in the packaging it arrived with as it is extremely shabby!)

Still waiting for my delivery by yodel that was promised by the end of yday after already being tracked as out for delivery for two days. and still nothing!

I am only saying 'poor' as a reflection of the hassle I have had from the courier Yodel. This is not a reflection of the site or products (as my clothes have not arrived yet!). The courier attempted to deliver on Tuesday but as I work, the delivery was not possible. I'm unaware if they tried to leave with my neighbours but I was left with a card to say that delivery was attempted and call a number to rearrange. No problem so far. I called the number (a personal mobile) leaving a voice mail. The next morning I sent a text as I had not received a reply. Eventually a text come through asking for a possible alternative address where someone could sign for the package. I arranged with my dad to stay in all day and advised Yodel of his address. They said it should be between 1-4pm. This time came and went without delivery. I called, texted and left messages to no reply. Eventually later in the evening I was advised that the driver was off sick so the delivery couldn't take place. If I was told this earlier in the day no problem but to wait until after someone has waited in all day, this is not acceptable. The delivery has been rearranged again but I will withhold judgement until that is successful. As I say, this is a reflection of USC's nominated courier rather than themselves. But in this instance Yodel have let USC down.

Paid extra for express delivery by the 2nd December as this was a gift - stayed in all day but did not turn up. Finally turned up yesterday afternoon so will have to give gift late! Contacted USC no apology given just that there had been a delay and refused to refund the extra postage I paid.

I ordered some converse and the item itself was fine but the shoe box they came in was ripped and torn to pieces!! Having to send a parcel to my partner in the forces that is damaged with sellotape all over it is not what I wanted to do AT ALL! and I am VERY disappointed. I can send you a picture of the box to proof how much of a mess it is! I would like to hear back from you regarding this if not I will take the matter further as I do not think it is acceptable.

I have no problem with the website and method of ordering items I do have an issue with the delivery company yodel which is used, which is now putting me off ordering anything from USC.

Hi I did actually mail to complain hut in have never heard back from you.. I paid 6 pound for next day delivery and it took 3 days which was then later than the event I needed it for

My first experience online order USC :-( I began my my order(usually companies send free delivery when spending over certain amount, not with USC :-(( I made a mistake and within mins wanted to add to my order however after calling it was declined :-((( I then received first order in post and had to pay to return as I ordered wrong item(free returns?) I would definately not make any more future orders sorry.
