Not Happy! Purchased a pair of jeans at online site in the sale.Jeans arrived and didn't fit so I want to return them but it will be at my own cost, Rang customer service who said I can exchange at shop or get a credit note NO refund. Went to usc shop for an exchange and was told I would have to pay another £27 for exchange as the jeans were no longer in the sale! Rubbish!

I have still not received my order after having a text saying they have tried and missed me, which they didn't because I was in all night and didn't recieve a card to reschedule the delivery, this happened Monday night and it is now Wednesday and I am still waiting...

Been a week and item still not arrived. Checked order details and it says awaiting courier pick up. Very poor delivery time considering I paid 3.99 for delivery. Will think twice before ordering again.

Hi I have always brought from usc, and always been happy, this time all 3 parcels were ripped open like someone had had these before, and returned them, i had a good look over these and am keeping them as they are for presents, but i didnt find this good service, this has never happened before. Stuff looked like it had been thrown in its box, shoes were very slightly marked and the Tee shirt plastic bag had been torn open as if previously used. The packing used was basically a plastic bag, with the original shoe box bouncing around in it. Not impressed.

Although Delivery was quick, the items were received in a mess. Items seemed to have been just shoved in a bag for delivery with only one item being folded nicely in a clear bag, tags were coming off due to this and items have a nice crumpled effect which are now going to have to be steamed out before wrapping for presents. Not an impressive first order. oh and ladies do be sure that dresses etc if need be have some give in them because I ordered a size 10 dress which even my mam who is a size 6 could not get in to (AX Paris) extremely small sizes

Ordered jeans, they arrived with a security attachment on them. Ordered Havaiana flip flops, received XL men's GStar shirt. Fortunately I'm honest enough to return this as it could have been sold on eBay for a profit. The only saving grace was customer services sending me a free post returns label since as standard returns are at the cost to the customer. USC overall have dreadful returns policy for in store purchases, you cannot get refund, only exchange or credit note! Will avoid shopping with them again for this reason!!

2 days after I had paid for the items I was told one of them was no longer in stock. I shouldn't have been able to put the item in my bag and checkout if it wasn't available, and being told 2 days later gave me no time to find a replacement in time. Not impressed at all.

I placed my order and paid by pay pal only to have an email the next day to say you had cancelled it because there was a pay pal error, so I replaced my order and paid by my credit card (in case there was a problem with pay pal) I then received conformation from pay pal of my payment. So I called customer service and they could not find the payment, after going back to pay pal then back to customer services they eventually found my first payment and then refunded it but it took four phone calls and most of my morning at work to sort it.

Paid for express delivery on a Wednesday afternoon, needing my item on Saturday night, the item got delivered on sunday morning which is not the 1-2 days I was told it would take to deliver. I do not need my item anymore and feel I should be refunded for paying extra for delivery.

I've been a loyal customer of USC for some time now. And I must admit that the service and packing of the clothes could be better. I've spent easily over £1500 this year and some of the clothes apron arrival seam to be just stuffed like "dirty laundry" into the blue bags that you post the items in. Also the Gstar clothing is a hit or a miss regarding sizing. I appreciate that this is out of you control, However as a big retailer you could maybe highlight this to them.

The delivery should have been signed for but the courier left it on my front door step in plain view. Very unsafe and disappointing. Won't be using again

I bought a pair of trainers online but despite being the right size, they were tight due to the fit. I don't fully blame USC for this although when going into their store to exchange this item, I did find that many of the trainers either didn't come in a size 12 or if they did they were too tight. I eventually exchanged the item for another item with which I was very happy but I wont ever be shopping at USC again simply due to the fact that they don't offer refunds (other than on online purchases) and are no different to Sports Direct in this regard. This for me and I am sure many others is a totally despicable and disgusting way to treat your customers. The only items on which refunds shouldn't be allowed are undergarments and socks surely.

Some of the items in my order were fine but one pair of boots were faulty and I had to arrange return and pay postage (3.90) USC need to come in line with their competitors and if the item is faulty and not down to customer they should offer free postage

I ordered and paid for a new jacket well I though was new but the jacket had tags cut off and placed in front chest pocket so the jacket was used im taking it the jacket was bought before but use had took all the money out my account for a new jacket & lastly if tags are removed does it not mean item can't be took back if so why did use sell me a said new jacket with tags already cut
