“Although good on price and selection. Cost of delivery and returns outweigh benefits on most occasions. No facilities for free delivery and returns to stores as most stores have. Would have to think twice before ordering.”

“Can only comment on time for parcel to arrive having paid for delivery I am still waiting for parcel to arrive would of expected it before now, other items I've ordered online have arrived quickly”

“Sorry to only give 2 star as when receiving my goods very promptly I was then very disappointed to discover I had been sent a size 3 boot when I had asked for a size 6 and has now cost me price of a phone call to get Freepost address to return them. The customer service girl was very nice and apologetic but when all said and done it has cost me money and inconvenience . I also find it annoying that you do not do free delivery to and that returns to stores are credit note or exchange only. Not sure that I would use website again.”

“I think your delivery service with yodel is a shambles. I received a text on 3/12/14 saying my goods have been delivered and signed for. After numerous phone calls to yodel saying it had not been delievered to my address and them saying it was signed for under my last name and delivered....it miraculously turns up on 6/12/14 after threatening to take this matter further....funny that!!”

“Your courier service lets your service down a lot as I waited in 3 days for my parcel to arrive! Each day was told it was coming then appeared to be undelivered and a card had been put through my door, which it hasn't!! Also the trainers I ordered the box was ripped and filthy but I have made a separate complaint regarding this!”

“Still haven't received my trainers. Dispatched from usc on the 28th Nov but still at yodel. Use a better courier otherwise it doesn't matter how quick you are yodel are letting you down big time. I am very fed up!”

“The largest size they do is xxl. This site is designed for skinny drug users not hard working men. If you have broad shoulders, are over 6ft 2 tall don't bothher ordering from here. Not the only site that does this, but disappointing just the same. Won't be using it again”

“One of the shirts I ordered came with a store security tag. Now I have to make a trip to the store to have it removed. This defeats the purpose of online shopping especially since I paid for express shipping, now I wont get to use this item until I am able to go to the store”

“I was upset that I was charged £60 for the lacoste polo shirt, when the label had a sale sticker on for £55. If my husband didn't like it so much I would of returned the shirt. Not a happy customer.”
