I purchased some shoes as a gift for a family member. I ordered them in a infant size 9, the box said 9 however the shoes were an 8. I would suggest your order pickers check items before they are sent out.

The 3 for £10 discount wasn't applied at checkout so I had to cancel the original order and went for a pack of underwear instead. It took them 3 days to take this tiny pack of underwear off the shelves and arrange dispatch, with a courier, no less. Didn't realise that my drawers would need their own special courier but nevermind. Yodel tried to attempt delivery but couldn't get anyone in so decided to mark my delivery as complete. My underwear is now floating about somewhere in location unknown and usc want me to tell them how they've done... All I wanted was a clean pair of pants

Got a different size on the boots I ordered. Ordered for size 11, but size 11.5 was delivered. The shoe box said 11 but the boots inside were 11.5. A little more cross checking before delivery would be nice. Thank you.

Ordered my item 2 weeks ago, returned to supplier by courier, still haven't received my item. So, no, not a good experience.

Jeans were wrong size when they arrived, Levi's label on the waistband of the pants were 38/32, yet paper label said 38/34. I ordered 38/34. The jeans are 32 leg and when I tried them were too short - now I have to pay to return them, which won't be cheap sending them to UK from Ireland.

I ordered a polo shirt as a birthday present and when I recevied it the packaging was ripped open and the were pen marks on the White polo shirt. Not happy!!

USC service very good, quick despatch after returning wrong size shoes. Ordered some more even though had previous bad experience with your logistics partner (yodel) as fed back previously. It then went so wrong again with Yodel. Reported delivered, no card, no parcel at address, chased with both USC and Yodel, to be told it's been delivered and will investigate. Still waiting for the reply, however upon walking into my back yard, it appears parcel has been thrown over the garden wall, luckily in a plastic bag as it was raining. I had been told that it had been signed for by Foster, which isn't how I sign my signature, so can only assume the driver has forged my signature (wrongly) and thrown my goods over the wall. Sorry but as fed back last time, I will not use USC again due to the partner being Yodel, it may pay USC to change this logistics partner. no complaints with USC or its products.

Delivery was quick and product ok, but delivery and returns policies are awful. They charge £2.99 even to deliver to one of their own shops! They also charge £5.99 to deliver not only to your home but to a local shop eg a Spar. You can't even take unwanted items back to their own shop or to a Spar - you have to POST Recorded Delivery, at your own expense. Customer services also very sniffy when I queried this (as it makes no sense) - just said 'it's in the terms and conditions'. This is BAD customer service. I won't be shopping with them again.

The item I received was faulty, I ordered online as it was cheaper than in store. I returned the item in store for exchange only, however the item was £11 different which I had to pay otherwise I would have to wait weeks for it to be returned and processed and then even longer for delivery of a product.

I was happy with the product but very unhappy with the delivery courier! Email was sent to tell me item has been delivered and signed for which confused me as no one was home then when I arrived home late that night there was no product or no cars to pick up at post office, I then received another email the following day which repeated the first email saying it had been delivered and signed for but I was working away for a couple of days so I assumed a neighbour had signed for it. I arrived home on Saturday to find no card for collection at post office and that I neighbours had received any parcels for me! I went outside to find the package cramped into the small green food recycle bin along with rotting old food and the lid was open meaning the "safe place" was definitely neither safe or sanitary! Not happy at all and would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this.

Delivery Time was fast, which I was pleased about, but was no more than expected as I paid for next day delivery. Poor standard of service though as BOTH pairs of jeans I ordered came in the wrong size. Simply a case of the warehouse staff not checking the size on the order properly. As I wanted these jeans for a night out I am very disappointed in the level of service. One positive note though was the girl who took my 1st call was very helpful.

Delivery and ordering was fine , I ordered puma suede in red and the condition of the trainers was appalling , one shoe was a nice vibrant red but the other was faded to almost pink , wasn't prepared to pay for them to be returned as they were faulty so I returned them to the shop. I have ordered them again to be delivered to the shop so hopefully the next pair will be ok .

I ordered a shirt in XL size but was sent one in a medium size instead. I've returned this for for a refund, including the postage costs involved as this is clearly your fundamental mistake, not mine. I will wait to see how this is resolved before deciding whether to use your mail order service again or whether to recommend you to others or not. Regards, Rob Deane.
