Hi this was my first order with you and the wrong size was sent not to impressed , customer service on phone seemed pretty good as sent me a link for free post, but was disappointed that I would have to wait till my t shirt got back to you before you sent another . I'm also I bit disappointed that there is no record on my account it just says order complete but it's not .

We have been sent this e mail but our goods ordered last Sunday are yet to arrive. Ordered on line as service in Cheltenham store is appalling and the store looks a mess. we have been undercharged and overcharged in there. Such a shame as we do like the products.

It was my 1st order with you and I got sent the wrong item. I have just sent my order back and hopefully I will get the right item sent out to me. I just hope there is enough left in sock as when I checked it was saying low stock, so I am now worried due to my order being messed up I am not going to get what I wanted at all.

My mid blazer nike trainers arrived in great time however no one had checked them before sending, the right shoe had fake tan in the inner heel lining and plastic along the laces like they hadn't been finished properly. Customer services were very helpful and gave me a free postage label to return but I will still be out of pocket £5.99 for next day delivery and £3.20 for the proof of postage returning it to you. Won't buy online with you again sadly.

The reason i rate this transaction as poor, is because the product still had a security on it ! This is poor in my eyes! I then had to travel almost 50 miles to have the tag removed at extra fuel costs and parking cost. On arrival at the Aberdeen Union Square store i was treated as if i was an Alien and this was the first time this had ever happened. First of all the 13 year old girl who obviously obtained make up applying lessons from a clown then told me that tag didn't exist then that i should have brought the jeans sooner. If this is how you treat customers with idiots of staff and poor service i will buy my Diesel Jeans and Pretty Green clothes elsewhere!

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. One pair the laces are damaged. Not impressed that I have to pay postage to return a damaged item!

The jacket ordered was assumed from the picture to be quite thick and padded. The written description didn't really do anything to dissuade from this assumption. Clearer descriptions of items would be beneficial to customers. It was very expensive to return the item by the suggested registered post. Many online clothing retailers offer free returns through collect plus or prepaid labels. The experience of the item not being suitable and the expense of returning it has put me off from ordering from USC again.

The product was in good condition and proper description wise but the delivery service was really poor. The yodel left my parcel to one my neighbor and never left any document to my door. I had to contact through email and got a reply after 2/3 days from USC saying the delivered it. With no details information in which address or door number. I had to call them back again to get those details and they were unable to provide me the door number or address where my parcel has been delivered to. This is really poor experience from a company like USC. Thanks

Delivery times are misleading and outdated. I guess I am used to other online retailers that delivery next day (even Sundays). I ordered on a Saturday, believed I ordered next business day, so expected it Monday. I guess I could have It arrived Wednesday. I didn't receive any updates on delivery times. Contacting USC customer services I received a polite but not overly friendly reply that USCs next day is actually "Next Business day, but because you ordered on a Saturday it's like you ordered it on a Monday, and our next day is actually 1-2 days, so Wednesday is correct". Nice clothing, but none that can't be found elsewhere for real next day delivery at the same price unfortunately :-(

The order arrived and the 2 Armani t-shirts were crumpled and not in their own packaging, these will now need to be ironed before given as a Christmas present. The Diesel box containing the 3 boxer shorts was not intact again not great when they were bought as a Christmas present. Will consider this before the next time I order from USC. Regards Gemma

The boots didnt look anything like the images on the website and the hoody had a hole in it and was of poor quality. Both returned for a refund. Paying postage for recorded delivery cost £11 too. Not impressed.

Well to be honest, I though before you sent me my email I would have the delivery received by now, still waiting. I have to say I am disappointed as I do like the items you sell, but I am at least 140 miles from the nearest shop. Delivery very slow. Will maybe put a positive one on if I ever receive my item ordered.

I received a email stating that my purchase would be with me on the 12th nov I arranged for someone to be in my house all day & it's now 13th and purchase hasn't arrived

I still haven't received my order. It was delivered to an invalid collection point. Rearranging delivery should be easier than this.

The boots i ordered came in different colours.When i returned them i asked for a replacement pair. I received an email confirming this then the next day another saying i had received a refund. So i then had to re-order them.A lot of hassle that could have been prevented had the boots been checked. Very disapointed.

I wasn't happy with the delivery, I ordered Thursday morning & didn't receive my item till Monday. I think seen as you pay for delivery it should be a better service. Most places you order from & pay for delivery you have it next day. My order wasn't even processed un till Sunday, when I received my txt to say goods were ready to despatch. What happened to the Thursday Friday & Saturday?
