Disappointed with items all realy small fitting size large and one item was damaged

I ordered two large pairs of fleece jogging pants I the sale to which I thought was a cracking deal, I recieved the items quickly but on opening these they were clearly not a size large, this was proved on trying these on as These were tight on the thigh area and we're half way up my leg.... Shame really as i liked these items but were far too small for a size large....

USC have been great, the overall rating was lowered because of their courier, Yodel. The driver went straight my neighbours house, left it with them and posted a card. My son was home and heard the card being posted, he went straight out and asked the driver why he did not knock our door first. He replied "Because you are never in". He did not offer to collect the parcel from my neighbour and just drove off. Unfortunately for USC their courier let them down, badly!!

Hi, just received my order as below and I'm not happy with the trainers. They fit perfect and are really comfortable but this was in one of the trainers. Are these trainers returns? If so why are they being re sold ? It's the state of the products when they arrive from USC. Ripped packaging, scruffy boxes. This has happened a few times. I bought a watch from them last week and packaging is so scruffy iv sourced my own box. Had to buy another gift today, went to house of fraser online and paid extra as Don't want the same issues with packaging.

I ordered a shoe and a jeans, well, it was very fast and good quality, but there's 1 thing unacceptable, you forgot to remove the jeans's security tag, and you asked me to send it back to you then you would help me to remove that, since it was your ignorance, how come I need to pay the return shipping fee? you suppose to afford that charge, and i send mail to your customer service to ask about this, no one reply me, i pay what i need to pay, why i need to pay the additional shipping fee because of your ignorance?

Having ordered items for presents I was extremely unhappy at the state they were delivered in both boxes completely damaged and ripped. I did try to contact customer services but was kept on hold for over 1/2 an hr.

After spending some time perusing the USC site and decided on TWO jumpers for my daughters birthday. A couple of days later I get a text with NO APOLOGY just a statement that one of them wasn't actually available. VERY annoyed, as I'd spent ages looking, and site had let me order it plus if a company charges for home delivery I will 'only' pay for that service if I make it worthwhile with AT LEAST two items, which as I say didn't arrive!. Very disappointed customer

I purchased a pair of firetrap jeans from this company , when I unwrapped them there white stains like a a glue substance all over the jeans , they looked terrible. Also the size I orderd they delivered the wrong size. Won't use again

Delivery costs are expensive. Not only did i have to pay delivery i then had to pay for returns. In total i paid £12 in delivery costs. I will not buying online again unless there is an option in the future to collect and return to store. Very disapointed.

Item arrived 2 days late after paying for express delivery.....the driver brought the paperwork but not the parcel .... Sloppy!

The items were poorly packed. E.g. one item properly placed in a clear plastic bag, the other t-shirt crammed in (unprotected) and hopelessly creased. The items were different brands, the sizing of which was ridiculous. E.g. Religions 'Large' was large whereas the DKNY 'Large' wouldn't have fitted Napoleon.

The delivery was quick but one of the items had stains on it and I'm not happy that I would have to pay to return it

One item was filthy on the arms and another item was not what ordered or even the correct size!

Delivery was very dast efficient, the product itself (a printed hooded jumper) isn't of the greatest condition. There is print down the arm which is cracked as if i has been stored in a very dry room for a long time. I wouldn't order online again purely for the confidence in the quality.

Ordered sunglasses and these were packed very poor rattling about the box with no protection and did not even come with the case for the sunglasses. Of course I returned these for a refund however I did have to pay for shipping
