“Not very happy with the product I received as the shoes look like they have been worn already the sole's of the shoe's are dirty wouldn't of minded so much if the shoes were for me but they are meant to be a Xmas present, the box they came in also looks like it's been knocked about& dirty defiantly not new!”

“the general service i.e. the delivery and cost of the items was fine. but i will not be ordering from the site again as I had to pay to return an item that was damaged which I think was unfair. d bostock”

“Fast delivery, but what I would say is that I am disappointed that returning items isn't prepaid. It is down to this, that I will not be reordering from USC online again. Fortunately, 3 out of the 4 items ordered I kept, but had this not been the case, returning costs would've been more reducing overall money refunded.”

“Website and product was ok.but the fact that I had to pay a fair bit to ship it to me vs other online retailers yet it still took some time to come. Furthermore there was no free returns, I. E. I have to pay postage and there were no other options for return will ensure I will never use usc online again.”

“still waiting for my delivery! the useless delivery company YODEL, are supposed to be bringing my parcel. i got an email early morning yesterday informin me that my parcel is on it way. 5pm still at home no damn delivery! checked tracking and apparently their van had broken down so delivery is delayed, check tracking at 10am this morning my delivery still at the service centre. Errmm can someone actually try to deliver it. UPDATE: my item has arrived USC i will forgive u this one last time”

“I was not happy with 2 of the tops I purchased but as I have to pay to return them I have just kept them! 1 of them has a small hole in and the other is really big for a small and had a funny smell like vinegar! Not happy at all. Thanks Catherine seasman”

“Such a shame that customers have to use mainstream mail services to return items. I have kept a coat for £70-80 which I am really pleased with but I have spent almost £30 on returns over 2 orders, which is just gutting. I will not be using USC online ever again, until a time where return to store is offered etc.”

“Delivery was quick amd the goods i orderded as advertised and in great condition. It is the fact that USC decided to amend my order and continue with amending payment without informing me until after the event. If you had even bothered to ask me you would have known that once you removed the one item from my order that you advertised, allowed me to pay for but did not have, I would have been able to let you know that I wished to cancel the order as paying the £3.99 delivery charge was not worth the delivery of the other two items.”

“Unfortunately the poor rating above is due to the courier service you use. I paid extra for a next day delivery, but then received a text from Yodel that stated "Due to a process issue your parcel has been delayed by 24 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." So what is the point of me paying any extra money for this next day service? Disappointing.”
