“Ordered two items paid was then emailed to say one pair out of stock, so was then paying £4 for delivery of one psir of joggers, they arrived didnt really like them but had to keep them because i had to pay postagr to send them back”

“All lacoste t shirt sizes were wrong. I ordered XXL which is lacoste size 8 all turned up they were size 7! £237.99 wasted because sizes were misleading. I will not be shopping with you again. And I had to pay for postage for items being returned. Ridiculous especially considering the amount I spent!”

“Site is good and delivery great, however can't see why I couldn't return the items I didn't want to the store, instead I had to pay £13 to return them and for this reason won't use the service again.”

“I've had to return a few things with USC and I've never received the postal charges back which you charge. This doesn't reflect your policy! You need to address this procedure. Only once have I received my p and p back and THEN I had to ask for it”

“the shopping was actually really good but the company that delivers it (Yodel) are ridiculous. I have 3 messages saying they've tried to deliver the parcel and left a call card, that's not the case as I've been at home ''when they tried'' and there was no call card left. I've changed the date of the delivery to the following day and now for the last two days on there tracking system it says it's been a delay, delivery tried, awaiting instructions. Phoned them, they say I shouldn't see such a message as it's already out for delivery today, but I didn't get a confirmation of that! I've spent £100 on this shopping and being a student it's quite a bit! I've got a feeling they've lost my parcel and if they have then who is going to refund me my money?”

“Ordered 2 coats, hood faulty on one and quality not great on the other. Was unable to return to store, therefore had to return via post, which was not pre-paid, so as you can imagine to send 2 winter coats back, ended up being costly to myself and will have to wait upto 2 weeks for a refund on the coats!!!! Needless to say, doubt very much I'll be using this site again!!!”

“Hi have bought quie a few things from you this season Had cancelled an translation on the 3rd sfter 10 mins of placing it still waiting for refund , have had to call in 4 times n have been told I have to email Cs with translation is etc . This is your job!! I don't have time for that , also yr tablet version of USC is hard to navagate it goes into screens witch u don't want it to go in !”

“It always takes ages to navigate the website, as the pages always refresh and empty your basket. Delivery is a scam, this is the only website which always charge delivery unless you spend a small fortune. Clothes are never as good as they look, Primark quality with a better label. And it is cheaper to keep unwanted items and reorder as opposed to returning them.”

“My son ordered the wrong coat and the only way I could return it was via the post costing me £4.30. Every other retailer allows returns to be made in store! Very poor”
