Item took longer than most other competitors to be delivered although the tracking process was clear through their chosen courier. Item when delivered was not what I ordered. Now I have to package up and send back and await a refund as the item I did want is now no longer available. Dissapointed.

One of the items arrived with a security tag on it! Luckily I work in retail so I could remove it.. Not too impressed

I ordered some timberland boots in a size 6, I am a 5.5 but wanted extra room for thick socks in winter, only to have them arrive in size 6.5 even though the box say's size 6! They only had a size 6 online so how have I received a 6.5....

I have had to return a faulty item that I was happy to exchange and still am but the item was delivered back to them 5 days ago and I have not had an email to confirm they have received the item - not only that it will take another 7 days to process return on top of this. I sent this item back to be signed for to guarantee delivery. It would be courteous to be kept informed of the process - as currently I have no idea how long it will take to get my replacement. Tracking codes - proving postage have been provided to speed up the process but still nothing. First time I have had to return anything back so disappointed with the communication from USC CS.

I received my order in good condition, but it was a size too small for me. I returned it two days after for an exchange to a larger size, but I had to pay for a return at the post office, even though I already paid for a delivery. Also, I haven't received the exchange, or any notification that it's on the way.

USC has been going down hill for a while. I will not be shopping with then any more.

The products were fine and pretty good value, but I can only give a rating of poor due to the delivery - I paid for next day delivery, and only received the items a week later. I realise that this may be due to the courier company's inadequacies rather than USC, but unfortunately it was a poor experience overall.

nothing wrong with the actual product except for the fact they sent me the wrong size and I am still yet to find the time to return them which is extremely annoying considering the fact that the cost of return is to be covered by sender (me!)

I was very dissapointed in the service if i am honest. I paid £1.99 for delivery within 1-2 days on the thursday. My clothes arrived over a week later and by that point I had missed the chance to wear the clothes for the function that I had ordered them for.

I've used USC for a while and I've noticed a steady decline in service. The time from ordering to delivery has become poor.

I wouldn't have ordered had I known the item that doesn't fit will have to be returned at my cost which won't be cheap on a pair of boots I won't be ordering from you again

Quick delivery time! Although despite ordering 2 sizes in each item the items did not fit great, so had to return them! Disappointed that despite there being a local store the items could not be delivered/returned there! And I have never had to return items that I have had to pay return delivery for!! Although free delivery to receive, with returning not just some, but all items i had to pay £14 to send them back!! Normally with other online shopping you can return for free at a local store or at least get postage paid to return!! Dont think I will be ordering online again!!

My problem is not so much with USC as the courier company it contracted to act as courier for my goods. I have had the goods shown as "delivered" on the couriers web-site, however the goods have yet to be delivered, and it appears someone/ or the courier has forged my signature. Following that, having called the courier, I was promised a prompt response, and typically yet to hear anything back in the timeframe I was proposed. I am now have to pay to call an 0844 (expensive number) to get to the bottom of this... Late delivery, poor customer service from courier.. Currently not a very happy customer!!!

The ZX Adidas trainers I ordered on line and paid to be delivered were the wrong colour. I went along to USC Parkead Forge to see if I could swap for the correct colour the staff were very helpful and confirmed the wrong trainers had been put into the correct box. I then went to USC Buchannan St were the trainers were changed for the correct ones. Total needless waste of my time. Just to compound my dismay I have just bought a G Star jacket from USC Sauchiehall St which was fine until I came home to discover that the security tag is still attached to the jacket, this again is going to be a total waste of my time as I will have to go into one of your shops to have the tag removed. The jacket was actually bought for me to wear tonight what a waste of time. Totally unacceptable I encountered the two issues above on the last two occasions I have shopped with you and will be very wary of shopping with you again. I would not have even bothered complaining but the issue with security tag is the last straw Regards Kevin McGrenra

My issue is not with USC, but with Yodel who delivered my parcel to a house 200 yards along the road and did not put a card though my door to advise. Luckily this was resolved but I had to call a premium rate number to speak to Yodel which cost me over £5!! Luckily the parcel was retrieved but was clear that the recipient was hoping to not be challenged as they had kept the parcel for 4 days and not offered to knock at my door and had opened it!!! Poor show on the delivery, but admittedly was resolved eventually by USC; maybe consider a more reliable and professional courier service!?

Jacket arrived with no belt. Was as though all garments were purposely screwed up and just chucked in the bag. Very disappointed unfortunately.

I received the bag i ordered fairly quickly but however when it arrived it was damaged so I then had to wait on the phone to speak to somebody at customer service for over 20 minutes and did not receive any apology for the delay I endured or for the fact I had received a faulty item I was just quickly given an address to return it to. Very cold service. I am now waiting for a replacement and I am just hoping this bag is not damaged. Not a very good experience for me at all.
