“Clothes arrive quickly once you ordered them which is great. The sale prices are good too. Unfortunately, there isn't much care from USC in checking that what they send us is the correct size ordered etc. I received a pair of shoes in the wrong size and the same top was sent incorrectly to me FOUR times. I found this incredibly frustrating. Customer service is just o-k. Improvements could be made with the return of emails and ensuring that repeat problems don't continue.”

“I placed an order for the same pair of vans just different sizes and two pairs turned up and one pair was the wrong size totally different pair of vans but the box stated they should have been that pair. So it's the inconvineince of having to drive and change them! Not happy won't be ordering again online. I won't be buying in store again either as on separate occasions I have been into the store to buy shoes and they never have the size!”

“The experience of shopping with USC is not helped by the company's failure to provide a free in store collection for on line purchases. A further problem is that returns cannot be returned in store and have to be sent to a returns centre instead of a free in store return which is offered by every other reputable retailer. Which means that in the event you have a large item that you wish to return, the cost of a registered post return can very expensive. This would put me off shopping again in light of the postage costs I incurred upon return some items in my order. Would add the goods arrived very promptly in very good packaging and that main criticism is delivery and return options.”

“Been pleased with USC in the past but I ordered some bargain pink sandals coating £5, which I really liked when they arrived. Unfortunately, they were totally different colours (one looked very, very faded like it had been in a shop window for about 5 years !) I decided to send them back and re-order some more. I had to pay £3.99 to have some more delivered and £3,99 to return the different coloured ones so my bargain wasn't such a bargain after all!! If whoever packed them had taken the time and trouble to check them I wouldn't be nearly £8 out of pocket. For this reason I am giving them a poor mark”

“I didn't have the best experience as I choose a sat delivery an they tried on a fri an they didn't try again on the sat it was Monday so I wasn't to Pleased I did complain and I am gettin my delivery charge bk which isn't the point really and it has put me off a little”

“Unfortunately the goods were not suitable, and i was appalled that the cost of sending it back to you was a 1/3 of the value of the goods!!! Will make me think next time about ordering from you to be honest, when others are prepared to pay for returns.”
