“Delivery was quick. Customer services are helpful. I bought a size 6 toms got sent a size 6 box with size 8s inside so that was Not very good :-(”

“Great product and prices but why change from click and collect?? Unable to now pick up from local store and Yodel are a joke! Give you a phone number when they have missed you but goes straight to voice-mail that wont let you leave a message because it is full!! For two days now?! Really??? Not happy........”

“Bought jeans and joggers from you, the size of the joggers was supposed to be large but they would not even fit a medium. This isn't the first time I have bought from you and the sizes are no where near, but it will be the last. Seeing as they only cost ten pounds they are not worth my time or the cost of sending back.”

“Unfortunately i never received my order due to the delivery provider yodel who i have had trouble with before. A bad attempt at delivering goods only once although vowing to return the next day but never did will not be ordering goods if yodel are going to be delivering then. Sorry.”

“shoes are fine but delivery was awful - parcel left at 'the pub' - there are 2 pubs, 2 restaurants and a cafe within site of our front door - none of which had the parcel - it was eventually tracked down to the fish and chip shop! when the owner very kindly brought it round to us and reported that the delivery man had a poor grasp of English - not acceptable - he could have got the fish and chip shop owner to write the address on the card if he wasn't sure where the parcel had been left. Please feed back to the delivery firm as their chat line was not manned and their automated response form did not allow us to make comment!”

“USC use Yodel, the worst delivery company in the world, so naturally I had trouble getting the goods. Two failed deliveries (despite the fact there were people in my house on both occasions) which was eventually left with a neighbour. Secondly one of the items is incorrect. Ordered a jumper with a camo flash across the neck and shoulders and received a different jumper, of a sort-of similar design, in a size too big. Pretty poor really. I should have known, buying cheap crap off the internet that some of it would either be cheap, crap, or wrong altogether. I don't have the time, nor the desire to fix these errors, but I'll not be using USC again.”
