There's one thing I hate, when you order something and then are later told that is 'unavailable'. This was not until the day of it arriving either so I couldn't change my order. Other companies are more efficient with their stock takes. Disappointed.

I HAVE A PROBLEM I ORDERED THE NIKE SANDALS SIZE 5 AND YOU SEND SIZE 5.5 WHICH IS OVER BIG AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK WHICH I WASN'T HAPPY WITH CAUSE ON YOU WEBSITE WHEN I WAS ORDERING IT THERE WAS NO HALF SIZES BECAUSE IF THERE WAS I WOULD HAVE ODERED 4.5 INSTEAD NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU TO SEND IT BACK AND HOPEFULLY GET IT BEFORE MY HOLIDY ON THE WEEKEND.

Item purchased arrived faulty,(a hole in the jeans), & the item had no original merchandise labels on, which I find odd. I had to return and they did not even refund my original delivery cost, despite requesting. I would not order again for fear of poor quality items being dispatched.

Ordering was fine delivery wasn't was told parcel had been delivered when it hadn't and took two phone calls and two days of chasing up to finally receive it

I was so disappointed that your shipping agent left my parcel where most people could see as a result of this the package was missing ( I believe stolen by a group of men doing neighbours gutters). after reporting this , I had to phone twice to have a repeat order sent out. As my son needed the items for going camping they arrived too late and I had to pay over £13.00 to return the goods. I am still waiting in a full refund. I have shopped with USC for sometime and am impressed in general with their products and quality of the goods they sell so this incident was hopefully a one off. I was also shocked at the price of returning unsuitable goods so I think that like most companies you should provide a free returns service.

Clothing ok but goods sent out with dye pack security tag still on so now need to be sent back for replacement. Easier to go to a store

On this occasion i would have to leave a feedback of poor! I ordered some boxers as a christmas gift but when they arrived the box was all crushed and had been attempted to be put back together by a big white sticker, this by the way did not work! Ended up giving them to my fella as i cant give them as a christmas gift looking like that!!

Very disappointed with the product. I've had several pairs of shoes from G-Star before, and all have been a perfect fit. Despite ordering the same size, these were over an inch longer than previous pairs and hence did not fit. High return costs which have left me out of pocket and no shoes.

Well I've ordered several I teams from USC but recently I orders a pair of 7 gstar pumps in cream which y ever just decided to send me a different pair and thay was blue so thay fit so thought I would keep the blue ones , so then I orderd the cream ones again I even phoned USC to make sure thay was sending the cream ones they made it certain they was sending the right ones to me 2 days later I received the blue ones again I'm disappointed really cos I've still not received the cream ones I sent the blue ones back last friday

According to your website, refund is available but that was not the case. I purchased a lot of items and deiscovered that they where too small so I decided to go your local stores in cardiff and I was told that refund is not available. Meaning that I had to send the items by post for £25 postage and this mean that I lost money. So I am really disappointed with this service and I dnt think I will shopping again at your stores.

Ordered slim jeans online, but they were too baggy. Rather than pay postage back, I took them to a store. Was refused a refund, and given a credit note. I really can't see why, if I could have had a refund by returning via post, an actual store can't do the same. Seems like the most ridiculous policy and one that means I won't want to buy from the website again. If I'd posted the jeans back, that would have been at least £7 in postage I'd paid on them - hardly any point in buying them in the sale in the first place! Disappointed to say the least.

Last month I make some shopping on usc up to this day delivery service don't come to my address so I call customer services team to explain that I don't receive any delivery they promised to call me in 7 days time about not one call me yet Tracking number is JD0002253061018822

Delivery was awful, missed the first delivery so rescheduled it for next day and if no one was there to take it to a neighbour, didn't even try to deliver. Had to wait another day for it to actually arrive.

I was disappointed with the delivery service I received. I paid extra for a Saturday delivery and the parcel was delivered Friday. Luckily I was in to receive it
