“Not the best of service to be honest. Made an order at lunch time on the wednesday and paid for next day delivery then was told it wouldnt be delivered until saturday so I asked to change the delivery address to the caravan park where im on holiday. To receive an email saying it been delivered to my home address. I get back from holiday to find no parcel has been delivered or no delivery card. I asked my next door neighbour if they had the parcel and they hadnt!!!!!! Still awaiting update and im £130 out of pocket”

“The shoes on the website show that the label on the tounge is red, it's come and it's pick, and also I paid £6 for delivery for them to come by the Friday because that's when I needed them and they came on Tuesday.”

“One of the items was wrong size and one of the items wasn't suitable wanted to return the goods but because u had already paid a delivery charge I didn't want to pay another payment to return them so I am left with two items that are no use to me I won't be dealing with yourselves again”

“Well got a pair of shoes it's says a size 5 on the box but a size 6 shoe inside also got 2 dressers which are marked so I got to pay and send them back but why should I pay the postage and all the messing around sending them back someone should have check them !!!”

“Not happy at all. there is no excuse for sending two right foot flip flops(what happen to the left foot). now i have no flip flops for my holiday. really disappointed!!!!!!!!”

“Shirt arrived badly packaged, creased and badly needing ironed. It was as though the shirt was rolled up in a ball ready to be put in a washing machine. Very disappointing.”

“A bit clunky initially but good communication via courier for delivery, but very dissatisfied that I have to pay postage to exchange a size. I think this is outrageous as other more established on line retailers exchange for Free. Sadly I will never use again for this reason.”

“Price and quality of designer products was good. Delivery was quick. However, packaging of 2 out of 3 products had been damaged and ripped deliberately. Packaging of 1 product was ripped and caught in zipper of product. Leather material of the same product had been marked and damaged. So this product was damaged. Packaging of second product was ripped fully and scrunched into a ball and was stuffed inside outer package with product removed fully from packaging.”

“I was not happy as I had to pay for delivery as it wasn't letting me select in-store,then I went to return it in store I was told I could only exchange it!!! So I had to pay over £3 to send it to you for a refund! Poor!!!”

“I buy from USC quite frequently and usually experience great service but on this occasion I was disappointed to find that two items were damaged and dirty. It's not worth my postage sending back as they were smaller items but I'll think twice before ordering again”

“I was at home all day and yet my parcel got delivered to neighbours house.....i didn't even no this until i got a knock on my door from my neighbour who was stood there with parcel in hand,as no delivery note had been left...but i suppose this is not usc fault but the delivery service used....”
