Good afternoon, Whilst the delivery of my goods was fine and the products brought good, I had a missing item. After contacting customer services, I received an email with only a copy of my order form in it- very poor communication! I replied to ask when I would receive the final part of my order but am yet to hear back. I'm afraid to say that this service has made me not want to order from you again. Many thanks, Ella

my parcel was deliverd at the wrong adress and on my mail it said the wrong invoice adress.I wnt pleased with this i got a msg that my order was deliverd but i dint now where it was delived to so i had to call up and find out

I received the wrong trainers which was a disappointment they were a present for my step dad which is now on hold because of this.

My item turned up but it was the wrong size meaning I have to send it back and pay for postage and it was a present for someone.

Very disappointed you can no longer get refunds instore and you have to pay for returns. Reluctant to order online again.

Goods delivered faulty, returned for identical exchange sizes were still instock to be given refund rather than exchange as told size was no longer available yet still showing online.

I love the shop. But the delivery is rubbish. Standards delivery 5/7 working days. I have now been waiting over two weeks for my order!

The delivery arrived at roughly 9:30pm... the box was battered and the hat was mangled and out of shape i was very disappointed.

Having to pay to return goods is now rather unacceptable for an online retailer. I only buy sale items from USC so when I find a bargain it offsets the return charges I have to pay. I still struggle to understand why these items cannot be returned to a store for a refund.

No click and collect in store for the product I purchased very unhappy about that soon as majority of stores now a days have a click and collect service for items.appaling delivery company my parcel arrived 20:21 very appalled as i enjoyed shopping at USC very much but now due to the delivery arriving so late I would definitely reconsider

I ordered a tee shirt and a pair of shoes but I checked and the shoe order got cancelled and didn't get any notification until after it was delivered very disappointed

I have used USC twice now. Both experiences were not very good. The first time, an item did not fit, and even though they have a network of stores, you cant use them to return items, so the saving I made on my purchased (as they were on sale) was lost in return postage. My second order, the item was dirty and slightly damaged. But didn't want to go around sending it back (due to first experience) so lived with the item.

Ordered a size 6 boot and received size 6.5 although the box said size 6. Then had to spend £6 returning the item and taking it to the collect + store. The box was also tatty and torn.

It was delivered really quickly which was great but the box the wallet came in was tatty and had obviously been opened lots of time. I bought the wallet as a present and I don't feel I can give it in its display box which is a shame.

I was happy with the shopping experience. Good value and range and quick delivery time. I was buying a present for my brother and couldn't see a gift option( maybe I missed it) and so he got to see the price . Also I bought a firetrap hoodie but he reckons the label must be wrong because it says xl but looks 3 times smaller

Box was damaged when received. Wasn't overall pleased with how the parcel was left behind the wall outside my house... The items were dirty slightly wasn't impressed really. Disappointed

Delivery was superb . My order was a pair of jeans and the description said slim so i ordered them and when they arrived they were sprey skinnys , so very misleading
