shopping online is not as smooth as it used to be. it wont accept nus cards online and emails donot arrive until after the parcel as been in the shop for about a week if you have store collection. Plus i do not agree that you can,t take your items back to the store for a refund you have to pay to return the items

I have still not received my order! Shopping with USC online was overall ok and I have spoken to someone in Customer Services about getting my order delivered, due to Yodel submitting a report saying there is a problem with the address. The address on my account is correct (it is a flat above a shop and both the flat and the shop have the same house number). I have received orders to this address both with USC & Yodel before with no problem.

Colour was nowhere near the colour of the product I ordered. Completely different to the picture showed online.

I received my order of two items, one of which you had sent the wrong size, I took the item to your Solihull branch. The sales assistant was very helpful and manged to help me find the the item in the correct size. The manager however was very rude to the sales assistant and spoke as if a customer was not present, even saying at one point "don't start making silly mistakes now". Very belittling to say the least. I then brought a scaf from the Solihull branch only to find when I got home the security tag was still attached, so then had to make a second hour trip to get it removed! So my recent experience of USC had not been a good one!!

Item arrived damaged, which ment i had to waste time going to the post office to send it back and wait even longer for a replacement to arrive, simple product check would have avoided this problem

I changed the delivery address and they still tried to deliver to my invoice address!!!

still waiting on goods that have been sent out!! not sure what has happened as got a note saying parcel has been delivered and been but in my blue out door bin!! went to retrieve items and nothing there!! so have paid over 100pound to be left in a wheelie bin!! shocking that its acceptable for this to happen. and its going to take at least 5 days to find out what has happened and that depends on how busy they are if busy will take longer!! even though items have been paid for.

I received my order but it was too small, and when I put my hand in the pocket of the jeans that I ordered I found a card from the 'previous owner' about his/her appointment with a Santandar Bank.

Paying for delivery ANDY returns means it's not so cheap really and sizes are confusing. Won't be using again

Although the delivery was quick the product I received is bad quality,I brougt trainers and there are marks all over them befor I even took them out the box,I'm prity sure one of them is a display trainer and I feel just because it is delivered and the person sending it won't be in the line of fire they have sent something of bad quality! It's not good enough!

The email address for Brian Mccrorie is incorrect - he hasn't been receiving your emails as they are going to my email in the US (Mccrorie@aol.com). Until I received the "Review' email, I have had no way to contact you....or Mr. Mccrorie, since the emails say 'Do Not Respond to this Email"

Items damage in 2 occasions,items missing from the order por costumer service waiting 48 min for someone to answer I have to pay £20 in calls very very ????????????????

I ordered the green ladies Parker coat with white fluff around the collar. It came and was faulty (the drawstring in the waist if the coat wasn't connected properly so it didn't taiper the coat to my body properly on one side) I then had to pay £6 to return it. My husband went to your store to buy a replacement and this coat also has the same problem!!!
