Paid for fast delivery, 1-2 days, did not arrive until 5 days later. Overall happy with shoes, packaging etc, delivery needs to be fast, otherwise I would not have paid extra for a fast EXPRESS delivery which took 5 days to arrive, when I could have only paid less for standard delivery charges.

Product thrown into a large clear bag, tied in a knot. T shirt was really creased and still had security tag attached!

I placed on order for four items. Two did not fit well despite being XS.. As I could not get a smaller size I wanted to return these. I took my parcel with a small baby in tow (difficult to do) and was told it would cost me £12 at the cheapest. I had thought I would at least have the option of returning in store if return postage is not paid. This has put me off shopping at USC again and I will definitely not be ordering online again. As the parcel came relatively quickly thus I have not put service as very poor. Although overall I am very dissatisfied.

Paid delivery charges and also had to pay to return items which were heavy so had to pay more. Not happy with this service at all. Also I emailed USC last week and still not had a reply and still waiting for acknowledgment o returned goods and refund.

Very disappointing to find that any Returns are payable by the Customer. This was not advised to me prior to placing my Order, which if it was, I would have not placed the Order at all. Other Companies I order from on a regular basis, do not charge for Returns, so I was very surprised when I discovered that USC do charge. Also since sending my Returns back, which in total were £56.00, I have only received £45 back, and am awaiting an explanation from USC of why, and when the other £11 will arrive ???

The clothes I received had no packaging around them. The threads on them were hanging out all over the place. I don't usually have bad feedback for USC but my last purchase has shown poor.

Jeans were ordered online & delighted that my husbands size was available as he always has difficulties in finding his size in jeans. Speedy order process online and delivery was received by Thursday so I was impressed how the order was received within 2 days. It all went sour when my husband tried the jeans on the length of the jeans was very long and we double checked to make sure just in case the wrong size had been sent to us but the label on the jeans and the order invoice matched up. My husband matched the jeans against a few pair of the same branded jeans and there was at least 1 & 1/2 half difference. He went to the USC shop in Victoria Square and tried on the same jeans in the same length that we had ordered online and we were right in believing that the jeans we ordered online were sized wrong. We took the jeans back to the store the following day as the sales assistant had said he would keep those jeans over for us and if we brought the receipts with us we could do a straight exchange. Well you would imagine that this should have been straight forward but the arrogant sales assistant on the desk very rudely said to my husband that he was lying and that there was nothing they could do and reluctant to change the jeans. My husband was really annoyed at the fact that we knew the jeans were sized wrong and that this guy wouldnt listen to him or believe this until the jeans were produced and placed on the table against those from the store and suprise suprise there was a difference in the length. Designer jeans with a hefty price tag attached and huge disappointment that the jeans are sized WRONG!!!! Only the fact that this is part of his christmas box I wouldve sent the jeans back online and got a refund and went elsewhere. On this occasion I am reluctant to purchase anything else online from USC.

I ordered a Henri Lloyd polo shirt for my Husband for Christmas, when it arrived, the tag and bag said a size medium but the actual top was an XXL. I now have to go through the hassle of sending it back and the size is now out of stock so I can't have another one sent! Not happy at all... poor customer service.

I ordered a size 7 (41) pair of boots. The boots I received were a size 6 (39) in a size 7 box. Very disappointed.

Delivery service is incredibly poor. Still not received my items - they went 'quiet' with where my product was for 3 days when it said 'courier'! so had to get in touch!!!

I find it the costs of delivery rather poor form having spent over £100, in addition if one of the items need to be returned, the customer is expected to fit the bill and any exchange is also costed on delivery. The Customer service team were awful over the phone, very abrupt and unapologetic. Also, the fact that items can only be returned to store for credit is a terrible service. Sort this out USC or I will be shopping elsewhere.

Hi I ordered 3 items and I received two of them and then my third item was the incorrect product, decided to send back the item and have had no feedback to their mistake.
