Everything was about two sizes to small so had to send back costing £11 !!!!! you need to sort your sizes out.

Originally I purchased something from a usc store to realise when I got home that I'd bought the wrong ones. Upon returning to the store I couldn't find the item I wanted and was then told they don't do refunds which was a shock, must be one of very few places these days that don't offer refunds so wasn't impressed with that. I took a credit note and was told I might be able to find the shoes I was after online. I did find them which was great but then discovered that their click and collect service charged £5!! All other shops that I know of do not charge for click and collect. So I was out of pocket of a fiver for mistakenly picking up the wrong item in the first place.

I ordered 3 dresses and 2 arrived dirty!! One was white and had somebody's foundation on the front rim of the dress and another black one had some sort of dusty mark on it. I should be able to clean them but I'm appalled that you send things out in this condition

Despite the ease of search, purchase and delivery unfortunately a number of things went wrong. Firstly I searched for, found and bought what was advertised as button fly, boot cut jeans. Almost impossible to find this combo so this pair looked good. On pick up from the shop no voucher was given as promised on USC site. When I got the Jeans home, they had a zip fly not button and were too big round the waist. Spent half as much as the jeans on postage once sent back. Shame as jeans were really nice...If only they came in button fly as described

Hi Guys, the collection is big and extensive which is nice but I have a few comments ... 1.why should I pay £7 for next day delivery then pay £13 to return the stuff that did not fit ??!!! All big websites provide free returns option. 2. You need a more user friendly mobile website or app. 3. The enormous Firetrap collection that you have and always claim that it's on 50%-75% sale ... it never goes off sale and it's silly because we know it's not a real sale. Hope you don't mind my honest opinion

Not happy as I received the wrong size trousers, and I'm not prepared to pay for return postage as it was their fault. Will think twice before I order from this micky mouse company!

Not happy with the service I received really, when collecting the parcel from the shop. I was told it was located at Sports Direct, when I went to Sports Direct they sent me back to USC store! So then I had to go back to Sports Direct to collect the parcel. When receiving the £5 in store voucher I quickly realised it was for Sports Direct, I purchased the goods from USC and was under the impression it was for USE. At no point at purchase level did it clearly state that the voucher was for Sports Direct, if I would have known that I would have not carried on with the purchase. I wanted to use this towards some footwear for my little daughter which I want to purchase from USC. I was told by the unhelpful staff that this is only in store at Sports direct. Overall, not the best purchase I have made or experience I have received!!! Your response on this feedback would be very much appreciated. Ian Chapman

Item arrived on time but a security tag was left on. Could not wear it the following day as I planned and had paid for next day delivery. Was a nuisance as I had to go to several different stores before the tag was removed.

Although The pair of jeans I have bought for my wife arrived on time they were delivered in torn up plastic bag and they were heavily soiled on bottom part of each trouser leg. It's something I never expected to see,it spoiled the occasion.

Having to post back returns and pay for the honour is a disgrace. Couldn't return to a usc store either therefore I am out of pocket again

I had ordered two polo shirts for my husband and when they arrived the dkny top was very dirty and looked liked someone had trodden over it!

No free returns postage which is really slack compared to current market. Some items sold not as advertised Ordered items from USC and I had to pick them form Sports Direct when there is a USC store in Cardiff - so that didnt make sense. Would not recommend online shopping with USC doesnt even come discount for free delivery Third and last chance

Usually I receive my goods I purchase in good condition but on this occasion the security tag was left on an item, which I then had to go to Sports Direct, Holloway who kindly removed it. My journey should of been unnecessary

The White G Star shirts I'd ordered were in need of a wash as they were both dirty and had the look of being left in the Sun. Both had a yellow tinge to them. Really disappointed this time as USC are usually 110%. But over the many years I've ordered from USC, this is the first incident of poor quality assurance.

It was my first shopping from USC, ordered 7 items. Received the delivery on time but you guys send me wrong size jacket. I have ordered Gstar Komari slim den 43 Tar Denim Medium. But I have been sent a small jacket with the medium price tag on it, For this reason I had to pay £8.55 postage cost. My order number was USC40000025596281 Not very happy about the first shopping with USC Shehab

The process of ordering and delivery in its self wasn't bad but the product itself was poor. Image on the website made the bag I ordered look like a full size bag and the product I actually received was tiny. I would only just get my 4 year old things in it.... . Disappointing
