“Usc I had no problem with. Thursday I collected my parcel from sports direct to be told I couldn't return the parcel, previous that day I bought my boyfriend the same shorts just in a different size that were more suitable form usc, so really I needed a refund because I would of been stuck with a pair of shorts that wouldn't fit. So I had a quick world with the manger to be told he might be able to return him, he played around with till and said he could return them but I would have no receipt. So as I walk off I could her the staff saying you can't do that it won't work you can't return in store! So now I have no idea where my parcel is and no email to say I'm getting a refund, this is beyond a joke!”

“My order was meant to be delivered on Tuesday. However they only tried n deliver today (Thursday). Also USC said i nominated yodel couriers, which i didnt and would of never chosen.”

“Totally scunnered with this shop. This used to be my favourite shop which I spent a lot of money in. I'm still owed money from you as a while back I returned a top to your warehouse to not get refunded as it went to a so called different address. Also got a £5 voucher as I ordered online which the voucher lasted a full day before it was invalid. Vouchers used to last a month but obviously your not caring about customers your just wanting their money as your hoping they buy something else & have to put some more money towards the item as nothing costs £5 in USC.”

“Quick service, but a bit expensive for delivery costs. The thing which put me off, giving a better score was the fact that both pairs of jeans looked as if they had been in a sale; the sale sticker on the jeans showed a significantly lower figure than what I had paid. So in short I felt 'ripped off'.”

“I had a big order of clothes, and after paying £5.00 postage at first when my clothes came there was something missing in a pack of two. The value of this was £5.00 and then I had to pay the return postage as well. Personally I think in the case where customers have to return items at the fault of the company, then postage should be covered by you or refunded. Thanks”

“The Firetrap clothing is poor quality. I had the goods delivered to a local sorts direct store but they can't be returned to a store, they have to be sent by courier. Won't be buying off USC online again in a hurry.”

“Delivery arrived in good time however one of the items I was sent was incorrect. The tag was the appropriate one for what I had ordered however it was not the right product. Went to my closest store and asked to exchange, he gave me customer services number as they can't do it in store due to it being ordered online. Spoke to a man from customers services who didn't seem to keen to help, he gave me an email address asking me to send photographs of the item and it's tag so they could decide what they would do. I have since tried to send emails to this address on multiple occasions however they bounce back due to not being able to be delivered. Also on a previous delivery the security tag was left on the shoes and I was unable to take them on my holiday. Up until these last two orders I have had a good service however with it being my partners birthday tomorrow I will have to let him down due to being unable to sort the problem with this product.”

“You have a lot online items then Intore which makes it hard to judge how it looks on with out trying it on and if u do order it and you don't like it or have a wrong size just really not fair because if your policy you can't get a refund or you go to exchange it with something that you don't really want”
