“I received two items from USC, one top had a pull in it, exchanging is always an issue as I can't take items bought online to the store so I'm stuck with a damaged top that wasn't packaged correctly. I find it strange that I pay £5 delivery even to store an then get a £5 voucher but paying for next day home delivery I get nothing but pay £6.99!! Strange set up but heyho you get what you pay for I guess......”

“Received the order within a few days which is great, however I recieved a 2pack of boxers but only 1 boxer was present! On letting USC know they asked me to return the items which I think is a bit of a joke! I now have to find a suitable package to return the item in, find a way to get out of the workplace to go over to the nearest post office, only to ask for the item to be re-supplied!”

“The deals on USC are great however, there is a disconnect in the way online orders work. You shouldn't have to pay for shipping on orders to store. Also the refund policy is nuts. I ordered shorts to the store and when I got them I didn't like the way they looked but yet I would have to pay for return shipping and end up losing ten pounds for overall shipping which was the same price as the item I paid for. I returned them for a credit note only because there was something else in store I could get.”

“I have used this service many times but twice now I have waited on my delivery only to be emailed saying not in stock . I ended up paying extra £6.99 for speedy delivery of a vest I could have waited longer for.”

“Took far too long to arrive, didn't receive an order receipt when I made a purchase and theres a faulty with the dress I ordered too. The buttons don't even fit in the holes! Unimpressed to say the least.”

“USC charged for delivery and returns on a £45 order. These days it's the norm to at least split these costs, e.g. free delivery but pay for returns. So wouldn't use them again unless a huge bargain and I knew for sure I wouldn't return.”

“I have spent over £1400 with USC in the last few months my most recent order was fine everything in tact and on time however one order I received was with a jacket I had ordered that came with a whole button missing .. ie a large whole where the button should be.. having used this service often and being a regular customer of USC this was the last thing I expect when purchasing a brand new item and quite honestly it is very disappointing especially due to the fact I had passed the 14 day period to return or exchange due to my busy lifestyle and time away. In the end I was never compensated and still have a brand new jacket with a hole where the button should be .”

“I didn't realise I was paying £4.99 for my trainers to be delivered into store, this feels slightly excessive compared to most other retailers that do the deliver to store option for free. In addition to this, the trainers don't fit so I now have to pay to return them, again something most retailers offer for free. Very disappointed & won't be shopping here again”

“Collecting from store worked well. You get given your voucher at the till. I think the voucher had to be used on the day of collection. Although it appeared stock was available when I placed the order an item was cancelled the day after I placed the order, very annoying. I am now paying for return delivery as 3 items were very small - poor sizing.”
