Every time I order online my clothes come in disgrace got Lacoste tshirt it was all messed up all creased not even in the package This not the first time. People who pack the delivery do not care it's a joke. I've mention this in the shop. Not happy if happen again I stop online ordering

The postage took longer that stated, and there are no free return. Otherwise, as expected.

Sent the regular fit version of polo shirt rather than slim fit as ordered, couldn't be bothered to return it so kept it

I wasnt really happy that i had to pay for the postage in the 1st place but i did anyway then the worse thing was that i had to pay £16.75 for returning the garments however the refund came through straight away but loosing out on postage on returns wasnt good at all specially that amount

Shipping and product good but if pick up in store should be able to return in store not pay extortionate postage

The item (G-star) jeans were wrongly described, as 'straight fit' but they are 'skinny fit'. I own 3 pairs of G-Star jeans, 2 of them straight and one loose. High delivery charges and NOT refundable despite wrong item description. DISAPPOINTING! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT DEAL AGAIN!

I placed 2 orders in the last week the second was fine arrived quicker than I thought. But the 1st which was 2 pairs of trainers I paid premium postage for next day delivery. They arrived 4 days after order was placed. Fault was with yodel yet when I had no luck with them in finding my package I emailed yourselves to see if usc can help with this problem but I'm still waiting for a reply from yourselves.

USC.co.uk was the only site which sold what I wanted, which ultimately turned out to be disadvantageous. Although the dispatch time was quick, I wasn't impressed at having to pay £4.99 for the initial delivery and then another £11 to return it via recorded post (as per the site's recommendations). I've since discovered that many similar sites don't charge for delivery - so even if USC.co.uk is the only online retailer selling what I'm after, neither will I use it again nor recommend it to others.

Delivery was one day late, if I had known that would had paid for next day delivery, then again maybe not as it might have turned up a day late, wasn't happy I think you could tell.

I felt that the communication level was very poor, almost non existent during the time from when order was placed to when it was received. Received no dispatch email like most companies do and had to phone customer services for progress. Along why is there a delivery charge to collect from store?? Which is also so the same as having it delivered to the house

In comparison with other online retailers, USC is non the par as it fails to value customers spending larger amounts online. This being due to the fact that there are no incentives. I.e. Spend £70 to qualify for free delivery, spend £100 to qualify for free delivery. Thus reducing the amount of purchases one has online, as although USC might stock an item at a discounted price when compared to others. Customers still end up paying the same or even greater amounts when calculated with delivery costs.

Been waiting a week for my order and it still hasn't arrived. Been to the store and no one was able to help me. Was basically told you will just need to wait till it gets here and we don't know when that is going to be. Very poor customer service.

Ordered before online was very happy. Now terrible you can't collect from USC shop anymore but Sports Direct only. When I opened the parcel I found garments all screwed up in balls just chucked inside, I have spent £114. I kept majority but had to send a couple of items back and had to pay postage again whereas before USC sent them back free of charge. Total postage I paid £8.90. Will not use this service again unless the Company allows delivery to USC.

Ordered on line, they sent the wrong size 3 times and I am going back again to see if it's 4th time lucky. Enough said?
