Bought 2 pairs of trainers, one was perfect the other pair one shoe had been worn. The only good thing is they sent me a freepost label. No out come yet as to what they are going to do to resolve the issue.

I think it is terrible that you charge £4.99 for delivery into your store. Although you get the voucher it still in theory means you are paying for delivery as this voucher had to be redeemed in store. Along with this I didn't realise that delivery to store is longer than it would be to get delivered to home and the same price and then when something is not right we then have to pay for the delivery to return an item

Very pleased with the items when they finally arrived. Not impressed having to wait 4 days for delivery when I have paid extra for it!

Paid for next day delivery as I'm in a rush getting things sorted before my holiday but it didn't come till a few days later, was going to send the ones that don't fit back and seen that it's not a Freepost I have to pay to send them back unlike ASOS. So I took it to a USC shop and found out USC don't give you your money back in store they just give you store credit or exchange. Then I also see that it takes up to 14 days to get my money back for the clothes that don't fit!? Didn't take you that long to take it out of my back account though... Could have done with that money back to help towards holiday.

Quality of some of the goods was poor and had to pay over £11 for postage including returns. Most online sites I use have free postage for far less than I spent on this order and free returns too. I was refunded quickly but won't buy anything from this site again.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS I ordered a product of the website which I paid for and the money was taken from my account straight away. The delivery date predicted 3-5 days but there was NO product, I waited for a week and was at home at the predicted time. There was no tracking link because the product did not exist. There was nothing to track so I could not find out if the product was on its way or not. I checked with my neighbors but they did not receive the product either so they lied or have lost the product. I emailed them and found out that it was delivered to my address and I had signed it. I told them they have got it wrong and they emailed my that its my fault. I told them to refund the money or send another product. I had to ring the customer service because I was going round in circles with the emails. The women on the other end of the call was either drunk or on drugs because she was unable to understand basic English. I asked here where my product was and received another email which told me that the delivery was at my location or my neighbors which suggest that the first email was a lie and nobody had signed off my product. After filing out a form and still haven't received my product or money so they are a COMPLETE SCAM. If you want some advice then DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The order was paid for and next day delivery chosen and paid extra for service, order turns up a day late, I ask for money back on delivery but got a firm no answer so complain again and get a five pound voucher to spend online, after wearing the jeans that were ordered I realise they have sent me wrong size, why I never checked size I don't know cause this is the second time this has happened, and polo shirt had small black mark but by the time I return parcel with all charges it's not worth it, they obviously don't check goods before dispatch because you're liable for all postage costs.

I ordered a pair of puma trainers and i have recieved 2 left shoes. Im not happy obviously but what annoys me even more is i have to pay the postage to send them back not amused it should be free to return items especially being your fault

I was very satisfied with the product and price. However the thing that got me angry is the fact that when you tried to cancel an order they cannot get it back from the delivery network, only if it isn't dispatched.I tried too cancel it and they took so long to get back to me it felt as if they purposely waited for it to be delivered so there was no way of cancellation.If they really insist on doing this they should have a returns service. Otherwise A++++++++- in terms of speed , quality and price above all.

I was actually quite shocked that I had to pay eleven pounds to return my goods although you gave me my money back into my account the next day. Ideal with other companies who give you free returns.

I bought a top Large but size XL came I just came back from my holiday and am not sure if the 14 days rule have passed whenever I contact USC it doesn't go through can anything be done

I ordered the goods on the Monday night at 6.40 pm. I paid £ 6.99 for next day delivery and did not receive my goods until the Thursday at lunchtime. I let the customer service department know this and my answer was that they could not do anything about it as it was down to Yodel and they had problems with the goods. This is not my fault - they advised that they were unable to refund me the delivery costs but as a goodwill gesture would give me a £ 5 gift card towards something else. This £ 5 would not even cover the cost of having any other goods delivered to me. Therefore will not be using them again.

First time using usc to buy clothes. Only wanted 3 beanies but it's apparent they advertise stock they just don't have. Felt let down that the one I wanted was out of stock but instead of having this on their website, they just ammend your order after you've paid them.

I was disappointed with your service. I was promised a £5 voucher when I collected my item at SportsDirect Colchester. This was disallowed at the shop at time of collection and I was later emailed the voucher that evening by which time I'd returned home. I do not think it's worth spending another £5 in petrol travel costs in order to redeem my voucher.

Little disappointed in usc , ordered four pairs of jeans two tops a dress and two pairs of shoes , once delivered I opened the bag there were in to find both tops and the dress were not in an individual bag but screwed up with the I visual bag torn open, three out of the four pairs of jeans were the not the size I ordered so I now have to find the time to return in between working two jobs.

Decent online shopping, simple and straight forward ordering, some bargains to be had at times - check for damages carefully! Ive often had items with small holes etc, however its never its never an issue to get a refund. Edit - getting a refund is no problem, however, when the items returned are faulty then USC are obliged to refund postage costs by law, so the buyer is not out of pocket at all. This is now the 3rd occasion for me where they have not refunded postage costs on faulty items, I e-mailed customer service about this more than once and had no response. I guess USC being 80% owned by Mike Ashley and his Sports Direct empire has rubbed off. If he cant pay the legal wage and meet basic consitions for his workers hes not going to give a monkeys about consumer law. Last time I shop here.
