“Upon ordering online, I received an email which would usually be a receipt, however it wasn’t. It was more of a ‘we’ve got your order, but if the warehouse team can’t find what you’ve asked for, we’ll cancel’. That email didn’t exact inspire confidence. Gives the impression things could be completely out of stock yet the website will still allow people to order it. I’d suggest changing that aspect - actually use stock levels in the purchasing process”

“I ordered Converse Dainty in navy and recieved different colour and style! To return I have to pay postage which doesnt seem right as no fault of my own that the wrong product was sent!”
