“I bought a jacket at my local Warrington usc store. I got home and decided I'd prefer the next size up. The store had none in stock. So they offered me a credit note to purchase the same coat in the next size up online. I would have just preferred a refund at this point. However, I got home and used my credit note to re purchase the jacket in the size up. I paid express postage. Received the item. Only to discover the coat did not match the pictures on the website. The cuff design and the bottom of the jacket looks totally different to the image on the site. I couldnt find a contact number to phone customer service. Long story short the whole experience was a bit underwhelming , both in store and online. The returns policy in store is out of dated and the rigmarole I've been though has put me off using the store again and the website. I won't be shopping here again or in store unless something improves.”

“Ordered product costing £24 had to pay £5 delivery charge. Item didn't fit, no option to return to store, could only send back via Royal Mail - another £5, so £10 cost for nothing. Option to have delivered to store or at least return to store would be better. Won't order again.”

“The item itself was really nice, but I thought I had purchased a tracksuit as it showed the model wearing the whole set and the bottoms were not available seperately on the site. It also didn't specify that it was the hoody alone that was for that price. I was dissapointed when I opened the package and it was just the hoody although it is a nice one.”

“unfortunately a tatty shoe box arrived and one of the shoes looked to be a window display with the sole and suede a tarnished yellow, does no one check before sending??? Then to have to go through the returns process without a pre paid return label was just hassle, and these were to be a birthday gift. I wont use the service again as it's to much trouble if there is a problem..”

“I was disappointed with some CK ankle socks purchased. I purchased two packs of 3 socks at £9 each, total £18. When delivered I discovered the packs had stickers on them stating : 2 for £14. I had paid £18! Overall though products and delivery excellent.”

“I am fairly disappointed as I ordered a jacket which said was in stock with 2 jumpers that I didn't plan of purchasing but did it cover the delivery cost. However I later get an email saying the jacket is out of stock and received the jumpers which is too tight. Hence will need to return it. Please fix the live stock level so it doesn't mislead customers..”
