“Good value for money. Item received in good condition. Delivery generally quite expensive and paid extra for next day delivery which did not happen. Did not get a response when emailed about NDD”

“Poor all round, never got next day delivery I paid for and when the items arrived they had been thrown in the package not sealed up and not folded plus one item was wrong and one damaged. I would never order from you again ever but you did refund my money so that was something.”

“I have had to return the two items, as they are too big and far too wide! I have requested a refund, so once I have received the refund, I shall re-order a size down when I return from working abroad. I will update the review ( which shall be favourable, should the refund go smoothly ) have a pleasant day”

“The item I bought that was pictured was not the item I received. Postage price for standard delivery is too high (£5). I can go somewhere else and receive better service as well as cheaper postage. The only reason I purchased said item from here was because the item I wanted was no longer stocked elsewhere.”

“The shipping time was fantastic and the product is spot on. But I have tried to find some way of returning it through the website and haven't got anywhere. This makes me angry and disappointed. If I can't resolve this, I will never use usc again and I will also spread the word!!”

“When I ordered I had clicked on an offer for free returns but when the package arrived there was only the standard postage must be paid I tried to get in touch with usc but it is impossible, it is designed in a manner its impossible to email or call. Anyway rather than pay a hefty fee to return some heavy boots I have kept them. I think I will unsubscribe to usc as I think the customer service is terrible. To me a business is only as good as the way it treats its customers and I think USC is very poor. Go to the store or ask yourself does it look correct will it fit is it heavy to return at your own expense or do you really need it or the inconvenience. The answer will be no save your money and your time and shop in a store which has excellent customer service.”

“This was my second purchase from USC. In my first order I was sent an incorrect item, and delivery took around a week and a half. This time my order was delivered within 4 working days which is great. Shoes arrived with 2 small stains but happy overall.”
