“Looking for a specific model of shoes, the staff at the Stirling store were very helpful, though no stock was held. Advised to check on line, I did so, ordered shoes and they were supplied in two days. I was pleased with quality and surprised at the low cost. D. Ward”

“Had to wait 6 weeks for my order as it consisted of a 'pre-order item' and it coyldnt be shipped separately. I then got sent an email saying it was going to be another month. Had to cancel the pre-order item to get the other stuff because again it apparently couldn't be shipped separately”

“Quick and speedy however is very annoying paying £4.99 for standard delivery to then have to pay if items need returning which one of mine did as I ordered for choice for my partners birthday present. You are also charged if you want to click and collect.”

“Excellent service! However, disapppinted with the quality of the product. I bought a pair of Vans canvas shoes, and one shoe had a lighter colour than the other, most probably was sitting on a shelf and exposed to direct sunlight. Pity :/”

“Clothes quality are very good. But I m not very happy because i order Hilfiger jacket whose i really wanted and basically it was the reason i made this order, and it appears thats out of stock. Why are you selling stuff if you dont have it??”

“My parcel deleiverd to the wrong address and i call to the customer service they said they cant anything about my parcel i need to contact hermes and when i contact hermes they said i need to contact USC but somehow i manage to get my parcel myself no help from USC or HERMES”

“Paying to pick parcel up in store in this day I thought was pretty dated. However I was offered a voucher for £5 which was the equivalent to the delivery so wasn’t too bothered but I then collect my parcel from a sports direct and got a voucher for their store even though it’s USC I shopped with. Will most likely avoid ordering again.”

“Coat is lovely; good quality and as described. The fit is true. I ordered a size larger than normal so that I would have room for thick jumpers underneath. Fits well. Delivery took just over a week I think. Can't comment on customer service as I've not contacted them.”

“I ordered a pair of trainers size 5. They arrived in a battered box with no paperwork of payment. Not only that the size 5 didn't fit. I am normally a size 4.5, so i thought i'd go for the size above. When shoes arrived, i looked at them and thought, surely these aren't a 5, they must be at least a 3, but according to the box and shoe they were a size 5. I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. I then wrote an email to USC's email to which i have had no reply. I now have to return an item (pay for my own postage) to which i already payed £4.50 delivery additionally for a pair of shoes that i believe are faulty, or they are not a "true" size 5. If this was the case, it was not stated on USC website about Adidas shoes being a small fit. I used the size guide provided. Thanks”
