“Very slow delivery for what you charge but excellent products”

“Good service and very competitive pricing. However, one of the two packs of 'M' sized Calvin Klein pants contained size 'S' - despite both packs being clearly marked 'M' on the outside. Supplier issue??”

“Delivery times have obviously been effected by the current situation however delivery prices have stayed the same which is disappointing. Biggest annoyance is the phone app that’s showing deals 2 for £25 on Lacoste t shirts that’s false as the deal doesn’t exist. Messaged customer support with pictures showing the offer however the response was disappointing and basically was told I was wrong. The offer even today is showing on the app !!!”

“Recently bought 2 x Jack Jones T-shirts on a 2 for £18 offer. Offer was not applied when checking out so paid nearly £30. And £50 trainers I ordered had the same product code as a box of £100 mens briefs, which I recieved instead. Nightmare nowadays!”

“Good products and order arrived correct although it arrived 2 days late after paying for next day delivery. Emailed customer services and had no reply hence the lower rating. Returned some items for refund and exchange. Refunded quickly and awaiting exchanged item. Expensive to return items as needed to be sent as a normal parcel.”

“Ordered trainers and a pack of 3 pairs off socks In the sock pack there was only 3 socks a pair of white and 1 grey sock I have emailed you 3/4 time but not herd anything back still”

“Order can take a while to be processed as stock is not always guaranteed Order may come in wrong sizes happened on a few occasions Returns only accepted if not worn, or if tags are still on and not misplaced Good products and can get real good deals at times 👍”

“Everytime i buy something there is a problem.....you say an item is in stock,i buy it...a few days later get an email saying "sorry,its not available ,we will refund you".....i ask for a similar item of the same value to be sent instead but i never get a reply and the main order is sent to me without the item i wanted or similar.........please write "out of stock " in future before you take my money.........thats my honest review !”
