“Disappointed as order placed and accepted to then receive email 2 days later to say 1 item out of stock . This meant if I wanted a different item in place of one ordered then I had to pay a further £5 delivery charge.”

“Charged me 6.99 for quick delivery and it wasn’t quick, it was given to Hermes who constantly stated delivery was attempted but I have proof that it was not, as I have cameras on front of property, email was sent to customer services but nothing at all back! Also the 2 for 25 pound on the website for hoodies doesn’t work and the discount does not come off the basket so only ended up buying one as although again I emailed and tried to contact customer services nothing back again”

“Products were just as described and arrived quickly, only thing I could fault was the delivery cost of £4.99 which is quite ridiculous especially as when I had to return an item I also had to pay £3.45 to post it back”

“Placed an order and delivered to chose shop via click and collect quickly. Only downside is paying for delivery. You get a voucher back but I don’t shop in sports direct so it is wasted. Rather just free click and collect”

“I placed my order quickly and easily and am happy with my purchase. I was able to pick my order from a local sports direct store which was handy as there is one close by. I find it very odd that you have to pay for this luxury though when other big retailers do free collections in branches & are just as quick at delivering, boots & sainsburys to name just two? I did get a £5 voucher to compensate for this but it rather of just not paid for delivery? Maybe some food for thought. When I went to collect my parcel it was very disorganised and took 2 people 3 attempts to find it, at one point I nearly got someone else's parcel. Value for money, speed and ease were perfect, just a few small points here that could make things better. I would use again though and recommend to others.”
