“Filtered shoes by required size and added to basket. Website added the minimum show size in that style and not what I filtered by. Emailed customer service and no response to date. Though I did pay for return to get an exchange for a fault of the companies and got an email that my items have been exchanged. The email did not highlight the size they were exchanged to. Here’s hoping it’s right this time. Shocking for a business to prioritise their customers at the bottom of the list. Customers are a reason for a business’ success. Treat them with some fairness and u may find that people will start to l be loyal to the group and your business may start making more money. Festive greetings! ✌🏻”

“Annoying you have to pay £5 for delivery to collect. Don't worry tho you get £5 to spend in store when you do collect. What they don't tell you is that it is a voucher for sports direct if you pick up from there!”

“I've sent an email, and yet to have a response. Also not very clear about exchange. I'm not to sure when it's getting redelivered. I'm guessing I'm supposed to sort it being picked up myself. Service is poor.”

“Considering i bought 7 items and only 6 were shipped i am not impressed. I received an dmail 2-3 days after my order telling me that one item was iut of stock. So close to Christmas this was a huge inconvenience”

“I mainly shop online at all the major online store like Asos, zalando and most the other sites. I was a level 4 A-Lister on Asos loyalty scheme when it was on. Through out all of this shopping I never recieved an order late when I selected and paid for the next day delivery option. This is the first and probably the last time I will be shopping on USC. Its been 30 hours since I placed my order and am yet to recieve my order. I tried to get hold of someone from their team to resolve the issue but all I got was an email to say they have just dispatched my order. Appalling considering ts been 30 hours since I paid for next day delivery. They have no online chat or contact number to get in touch with their customer service team. This is probably because they don't even have one. Yet to get thru to anyone for a resolution.”
