“Sizes are wrong, customer service is appalling. Have to argue to get standards put in place by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, even then it's not upheld a lot of the time. Would give 0 stars if available”

“I ordered an paid for 3 items only 2 turned up all tho I was only charged for two but I ordered a tracksuit an with half of it not been sent it’s disappointing as wouldn’t have only ordered the bottoms. I got no message to say the top not in stock an only found out wen it arrived. Sent two emails to ask an complain an no reply. Not good”

“Your delivery and return charges are ridiculously expensive. You don't have enough shops and I need to try the clothes on and return that I don't like. Hence, I prefer to stick to Asos and NEXT.”
