“Delivery good- very quickly. But about sizes- woman new balance sneakers was 37, not 38size and lacoste shoes for kids was 27, not 28 size 😕”

“When i went in store the stff were more than helpful but unfortunatley didnt have my size...so had to order online which was straight forward etc. My 1 criticsm is postage is pricey for smaller/single items compared to other stores.”

“Absolutely outrageous sizing! I ordered a ladies pair of jeans 28W 32L. When I received them they wouldn't go near me. So I thought I'd meaure them. Turns out they're 24inch waist and 27inch leg!! I also bought a pair of jeans for my Dad's birthday - couldn't get them passed his knees. I ordered myself tshirts - which a 10 is usually baggy on me. These size 10's were skin tight. Not sure what's going on with your sizing USC but it's ridiculous. Really quite an inconvenience. It's a shame as the clothing is lovely - just the sizing that's a shambles.”

“After reading other reviews I was a bit worried about my order as many had left bad reviews but after my items arrived I can honestly say everything was perfect and top class am now going to order more items as this is now my number 1 store”

“I ordered wrong size online but wanted to change it, got reply back saying I couldn’t as order was processed already but I had emailed before email saying it had been processed. I won’t order online again terrible customer service, also I am 100% sure I ordered a size 8 online but confirmation email said I ordered a 9 hence why I tried to change it.”

“I Was a little worried after reading some of the bad reviews. I'm so pleased it never stopped me as i am delighted with the quality of the boys tracksuit i got at a sale price. Also i ordered next day which arrived on time. I Will be ordering more from USC, from a very happy customer.”
