“The only problem with shopping with usc is I used to be able to buy Reebok shoes in-store now I have to buy online and pay for delivery returned by a credit note. Sort your relationship with Reebok out”

“Very disappointed as the wrong colour was sent , I had ordered white and navy was sent . It was a present for my husband and as it had arrived the day before I was due to give it to him , I had to just give him the blue ones”

“I have been asked to review a product before receiving it. I ordered 8 days ago and selected click and collect and not only do I have to pay £5 (unless I pay for something in store and get £5 taken off) I still have to wait 8 days or more for my product. If I am having to pay and collect it should be a mucher quicker service. Never had to wait this long with any other retailer. It was a gift for a birthday and now it will be a delayed birthday gift.”
