“I have been asked to review a product before receiving it. I ordered 8 days ago and selected click and collect and not only do I have to pay £5 (unless I pay for something in store and get £5 taken off) I still have to wait 8 days or more for my product. If I am having to pay and collect it should be a mucher quicker service. Never had to wait this long with any other retailer. It was a gift for a birthday and now it will be a delayed birthday gift.”

“Need to do free delivery especially when you want to order 2/3 pairs jeans and ones out of stock but then a week later is back in stock and there’s another delivery charge.”

“the range is great; the prices are very good; the service very good; the staff are efficient and knowledgeable and the deliveries are excellent ... what more can I say. I also shop at Sports Direct. I purchased footwear from SD the other day and I am now confident that I have found the right size when ordering avoiding having to return anything. Please accept this regarding both USC and Sports Direct. Total satisfaction! 5 star on all fronts.”

“Very disappointing that you sold me an item valued at €40 on the box for £55 plus £4.99p&p. Extremely dissatisfied with your response from customer service. Will look at procedures to have these goods returned and considering never to use USC again either online or at any of your stores be it high street or retail park. Tim Hogan.”

“The worst shopping experience. After 8 days from order I don't received the package. The tracking link on wndirect only show on transit and in Econt they say the package with this number is not in system, and what on time??? You don'provide any tim for receiving order.”
