“Usc were very good. Speedy delivery but delivery person was rubbish did not take notice of instructions and was rude. let down my experience will not shop on line again for this reason.”

“I have rated the delivery service as ‘poor’ simply because it took too long for something that costs £5 for delivery. Many companies charge less or nothing at all and can deliver the next day. I wouldnt mind £5 delivery charge if there was a ddecent delivery service.”

“I was disappointed to find that the pair of shoes I wanted most were out of stock and as such the order for them was cancelled. Instead of getting two pairs of shoes I ended getting only one pair and had to pay £5 delivery for that pair. I would have appreciated the option to cancel the whole order at the time when told the pair I wanted was out of stock. Disappointed on the whole with the USC experience. Thanking you Ross Hamilton”

“Delivery takes too much time. It has been 13 days since my order and it still hasn't arrived in the destination country (Bulgaria) yet. For a GBP 13.33 delivery should be a lot faster.”
