“Encountered a problem with a voucher code I was sent during my purchased, emailed and had someone reply saying it would be because of terms sent in the email but there wasn’t anyway which is ridiculous. Ordered my coat finally and when it arrived it wasn’t fully as expected, the coat must weigh a good few pounds, it’s a double zip which is great for cold weather but there’s no need for it to be so heavy”

“Emailed you four times, contaced you three times via Facebook... Got no response. My last order I ordered THREE trousers, online they Said they were available. But a confirmation email said two arnt, the next day I check online, your still advertising them in stock, I check in store to check, they in-stock. Two days after my order still in stock, So... Why did I Not receive My Complete order....”

“I received faulty Vans trainers in a ripped box., I emailed to USC to explain because I didn't receive a returns note form or an invoice in my parcel which I paid next day delivery for. I received an email back asking for photos so they could look into my inquiry further which I sent immediately, then I got another email asking for me to fill in returns form and post them back at my own expense but I'd already explained I didn't get a replacement form. I have emailed many times since for help and tried to call but no reply on the number I had to search for. I've still had no reply. I just want a replacement pair in perfect condition and surely they can collect the faulty pair they originally sent to me.. I'm still waiting for a call or email for a solution. USC could of sent me a replacement pair by now which I need for a trip. Not happy and thinking of driving 60 miles to return them out of principle as it seems all a time delay.. Come on USC please help your regular customers.”
