“One of the items was found to be out of stock. Why? The rest of the order was dispatched 6 days after my order. USC sent it next day delivery presumably because they had taken so long to dispatch the order.”

“Terrible service, didn't get all of the items I ordered and paid for and when I emailed to ask what was happening about my item I got no reply and still nothing. Won't ever shop online with usc again”

“Part of my order was not sent due to not in being in stock, but I was not told this until after they had taken the money for this. I then asked to change the item so it could be sent out with the rest of my order. They replied to this saying, no you would have to pay another delivery charge. Will not buy again”

“I liked the quality of the boxers I didn't like the fact that the box they arrived in was ripped and I paid for next day delivery and it came 4 days after I order which I didn't appreciate , I don't think I will be ordering online from here again , I'll prefer to go to the actual shop so at least I'm sure I have my stuff on time and my box isn't demolished 😊”
