“Delivery seemed a little on the slow side and I had to return two items as they didn't look like the online photos. Would use again though as other items very nice and good prices.”

“Disappointed when I was told a FEW days after ordering that 2 items I had ordered were temporarily out of stock. If they were only temporarily out of stock I should have been reoffered them when they became available and should not have to repay for delivery.”

“Disappointed that although was a specific size requested online order confirmed wrong size and prior to order being processed emailed to ask to change order or cancel this was not carried out so had to return the item and refund was given without the postage fees returned even though website states refund of postage fees are paid when they weren’t”

“Shopping with USC on line was easy and not complicated. Was kepted up to date regarding purchases. But the reason for only giving u a 3 was because they have been a delay of a refund for a item that was out of stock which my first order was placed on the 1st of December and I recieved a mail on the 2cd to say that this item was out of stock. There for I it said I would be refunded my money back into my account in 2 to 5 working days. Which does not appear to have been put back into my account. And now it is the 10th of December. Kind regards Linda Simpson”

“The reason why I gave poor is as follows. After I placed my order I noticed a few hour later that I has chosen the ring colour, early the next morning I emailed customer service to change but no reply. I know that it would have been possible for you to change as it probably wouldn’t have been picked and I couldn’t take the chance of sending it back and reordering so close to Christmas. I don’t know why I ordered it anyway because I’m sure I could of got it cheaper else where.”

“Order processing very slow. Unable to speak to customer service as only contactable via email. Eventually when i was told that order was confirmed and on its way experienced problems with courier who advised sever delivery slot times then DID NOT show up. I contacted USC via email for help but didn't receive any reply. Overall customer care very poor and your appointed courier Hermes was dire. I had to make 6 calls to courier and wait in for 3 days just to get my order. Won't shop again with USC.”

“Ordering was easy and straightforward, collection from a chosen pick up point worked well. Item was a Xmas gift so currently unsure of whether recipient likes it or it fits.”
