“I ordered and paid for goods with order nos 534678&tracking nos (WEB534678) on the 2nd of December 2018 and am yet to get the product delivered compared to goods are ordered on other websites and to make matters worse there has been no update about the expected date of deliveries. Obviously customer service needs questioning.”

“Very bad service. Took £4.99 to deliver and sent the wrong product which looks nothing like the picture on the site. I ordered white and I was sent printed EA7 jacket. Now I need to pay for the returns too! Are you guys making money out of it or what!!”

“Very disappointed with USC, I have sent 2 emails with no response, no vouchers for the cyber week offer, I spent £400 yet they still charge for postage & they charge for returning items too, on top of that 1 item was missing from my order. I would never shop with them again or recommend them to anyone.”

“I ordered on 1/12/18 paid £6.99 postage . Sent you 2 emails and my package has not arrived yet also no tracking number on order to try and track with courier. So asking for a review. Very unsatisfactory”

“This time I was very disappointed with the services of the company and delivery, I was waiting days for a parcel that wasn’t even being attempted so I couldn’t receive it, then after that when they eventually arrived there were the wrong size.”

“Despite paying for my order I have never received it. USC have blamed the delivery company and the delivery company do not respond to emails. USC have now ignored my emails for the last 3 days. I have paid for my products 13 days ago and received nothing.”

“I ordered over £100 worth of Christmas gifts to a receive £20 voucher back and the order took a really long time to arrive and have received no voucher back as promised by staff in store and no email with voucher.”
