“Bought a pair of Pumas in black as a birthday gift, paid for nex day delivery only to receive the pair in green. Tried to contact USC but they don’t have a customer care contact number, you have to use their other options which for me wasnt cutting it at that point in time. Talk about stress. Anywho I contacted my local store explained the situation and they said I can exchange at the store. The relief I had is unexplainable. Got to the store sorted out the issue got home wrapped the gift and gifted the birthday celebrant. Thank you to those who helped me at my local store in Befordshire, you qll were fantastic.”

“I purchased an item for click and collect and it was stated at check out that I would be given a £5 voucher on collecting of the goods. I was never given a £5 voucher. I contacted customer service and they advised me this was due to not Collecting it from a USC store. I wasn’t happy.”

“Very poor - ordered a NY Yankee bobble hat , which only to find out days later an email to tell me it was now out of stock. And the 2nd item I ordered was a white jumper which was for my wife , came in a very poor condition “ grubby and dirty” looking. Must do better USC”

“Quality only acceptable because I purchased items at sale prices, however was gutted to discover USC are part of sports direct group so I will not order or buy from USC again. Having returned an item in the post, kept proof of delivery and tracked as delivered to one of sports direct groups companies they still refused to refund £60. Reported to trading standards who advised they’re supposed to refund, made no difference, they still refused. Shoppers beware!”

“Usually very pleased with your service. However after placing an order for three items, i only recieved one. Although i was made aware of the changes to my order through email over a number of days to say items were out of stock. I would never of placed an order (and paid delivery) for the pair of jeans i recieved as these were only a small addition to the two items i really wanted. I feel like i should of been asked if i still wanted to accept and pay for the order with these items missing(which i would not of). Unfortnately this has resulted in me loosing trust in your service.”

“Sent me the wrong items. Made me pay to return them. Refused to send me the correct items. I placed a large order and the site allowed me to order things and the next day they emailed me to say these were not in stock. Do not use this site.”
