“Received the two T-shirts that I ordered but one of them has the wrong colour motif should have been red but is plum and it had a sale ticket on so should have been £16 but I was charged the full £20 it was just thrown in the bag scrunched up not folded or in its own plastic bag like the other one. Not happy about this so will not be ordering from yourselves again and will also tell friends and family not to either.”

“Amazing prices but dispatching the items took a long time so delivery took a long time should expect better especially for 4.99 not far from the price a next day delivery costs. 9 days in total for the items to arrive.”

“I ordered some men's Jack and Jones shoes on Thursday morning very early. I got an e mail confirming this order at 6.45am on Thursday 29th Nov 2018. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery as we were away for the weekend so needed delivery on the Friday (Order USC40000052415071) The item did not arrive until Saturday (when we were in Somerset by this time) We had to go out late Friday night after work to get another pair of shoes I would like the £6.99 refunding back on to my card and look forward to hearing your response Very poor level of service received. I did send 2 e mails on Friday 30th Dec as it is not possible to call USC (which I found incredibly infuriating) but have still not heard back you regarding either e mailed query”

“Usually I am happy with the service from USC but this particular order was a bit of a mess and I feel I should have been refunded in full (Including Original Postage and my Return Postage). I ordered a Levi Denim Shirt on Next Day Delivery (£6.99) and although the shirt arrived the next afternoon, It was the wrong colour (Very Light Blue instead of Darker Blue) and I couldn't wear it anyway as the anti-theft tag was still attached under the arm. I paid the postage to send it back... but i was only refunded the cost of the shirt (£35). I reordered another style of shirt that this one was perfect when it arrived. Many factors in this transaction were as usual, very good... but i am disappointed that I have had to pay over £10 for postage, when I was sent the wrong item in the first place with tag attached. The Order Ref was : USC40000052136820”
