“Wrong shoes, had to send pictures of incorrect shoes to be believed Paid next day sent numerous emails Correct boots sent 4 days later Customer service closed during alleged opening times”

“Happy with the prices and quality, thought the delivery charges were a bit much. Received on the correct delivery day, only downside was the alarm tag was still attached to an item, app hides customer service number, which when I did finally find it, it took them 20 mins to answer, however I’m happy with the outcome.”

“Quick returns...but delivery/returns cost is way too expensive. Selected next day delivery, trainers arrived on time. Sent back two pairs and was refunded quickly. The reason for only 3 stars is USC fail to provide a free returns label, so the original delivery + returns postage cost me £15!! This means I am unlikely to order anything again.”

“I have used USC for a couple of years and have always received good service. I did however have an issue recently where an item showing available returned out to be unavailable once I had paid for and completed the order. It came to light your stock is not live on your website and even a day later the same item was still showing as available... In this day and age I feel there is no reason for this to not be a live count. I did however receive very good and fast help with this from your support team, thank you.”
